Great apartment on super nice location.

Visiting family and need it a place to stay, I was happy to find this one and will most definitely stay again when in the area. Freddy our main host, is supper nice, answered questions fast and was very supportive.

Overall, an excellent stay. I just wished the washer and dryer worked. Also, it would've been nice to have had an electronic swipe card to get into the room. Instead, we had one key for two people, which was OK most of the time. I would stay here again.

Nothing to do with what they show in the photos, it's very small and uncomfortable, There was a lot of dust and the air conditioners were not clean

Everything was good just the gas was off and dryer wasnā€™t working and I donā€™t have hot water the whole stay, But property was clean a/c on every room and locate on the center of the city.

Great stay

This is probably one of the best stays I have had in Santo Domingo.. safe, walkable, clean..! Starting with the great communication between Mr Bennys and Mr Freddy.. great host, reliable service, most responses within 15 minutes or less! Property looks just like the photos, great Wi-Fi, hot water takes about 5mins but very hot, just wish they would switch the small TV in master bedroom with the larger TV in the guestroom to make it an even greater experience! I WILL DEFINITELY STAY WITH THESE HOST AGAIN!!

Great location!

The apartment was very clean, comfortable in a very centric and convenient location. Great place to stay. Check-in and out process easy. Walking distance from restaurants, supermarket and drugstores. Bennys is such a great host, very friendly, responsive and helpful. The apartment has a convenient parking spot, but a car is not necessary due to Ubers work great. The rooftop area is great, nice city view, pool, seating area and gym. Recommend 10/10.

My Stay Santo Domingo

It was good. However, no real view from bedroom window or step out balcony. Just the wall of the building next door. Roof top / Pool view was excellent 360 degrees. It was a good spot for the price. A couple of minor repairs are due: shower door to prevent water flowing into bathroom.

Amazing property overall!!

This place was convenient, comfortable and clean. Overall great experience BUTā€¦ hot water didnā€™t work but for a few minutes each shower, which made showers painful. We donā€™t know Spanish which is on us so communication was hard to explain the hot water issue but they tried. The halls and front desk area was loud at all hours including when we were trying to sleep. The apartment only came equipped with 1 washcloth and no dish cleaning sponge. The washer needs repaired as it always sounded like we were washing shoes. The toilet paper in the country is 1 ply which sent us home with damaged bums. Other than that the apartment and host was amazing. If I could change anything it would be to fix the hot water, fix the washer, supply more washcloths and a sponge for the dishes to be cleaned and the pool to be opened till 10 minimum but all and all those things were minor.

No way

I rented this place for 2 weeks and it was a nightmare. I was texting Benny and emailing before we checked in with no response. Once we arrived the lobby smells like mold. They didn't even have our keys ready, they had to call Benny to follow up. We eventually got the apartment about 1/2 hour later. There was no hot water for about 2 days continuously calling Benny again no response. I had to contact Verbo and they gave me a seconday number, which they answered. I didn't have hot water for 2 days.Reported the issue in which she instructed me on how to open a faucet. Cause we don't know how to do that šŸ™„ which was an insult. They sent someone over the next day. Where they discovered like we had said no hot water. 2 hours after working on it, we had hot water but then they discovered a leak under the kitchen sink. They said they will return to fix it but never did. When we did dishes there would be a puddle of water. Sheets were dirty on all the beds and the backboard of the bed was filthy. When we washed the sheets the washing machine makes the loudest noise. It still left the sheets dirty. They said they would fix it never did and also offered to bring extra pillows but they never arrived. I should of just gotten my money back and gone somehere else but i had surgery and couldn't transport all the luggage again. The place had like literally 3 cups and plates not enough for 3 people that were staying there. Would not recommend this place. Happy to check out.

Cute and comfy apartment

Overall good experience, clean apartment, nice amenities and very good location. Thereā€™s plenty of places to eat and access to main roads. The staff is nice and helpful. Location is adjacent to lounge, so expect some music on weekends. Overall good experience and would stay there again.
