Inside, the home features a unique and inviting layout with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.

The loft bedroom is a true A-frame experience, with a queen bed and a sitting area that overlooks the large back windows. It’s the perfect spot to start your day with coffee while taking in the wooded views.

The second bedroom is accessed from outside the home, offering added privacy. It features a queen bed, clothing storage, a smart TV, and a half bath. ✪ Please note that the ceilings in this bedroom are approximately 6 feet high, which may feel cozy for taller guests.

The full bathroom includes a rainfall shower, vanity, toilet, and plenty of shelving for guest storage, along with a washer and dryer for convenience.

The living room is warm and inviting, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in natural light and views of the backyard. Relax on the large sofa, which converts into a queen bed for additional sleeping space, or enjoy the smart TV after a day of exploring. A curated rock and mineral collection adds to the home’s unique, eclectic charm.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals during your stay. It includes a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven and range, microwave, large sink, and pantry space, along with cookware, dishes, utensils, and more. ➖ Dogs are to stay off all furniture and beds to help keep the space clean and comfortable for all guests.
➖ Please do not leave dogs unattended in the home. If you plan to be out for the day, we ask that you either take your dogs with you or crate them while you’re away.

House Rules:
‣ No parties or events are allowed.
‣ This property is not child or baby-proof.
‣ Only registered guests are allowed overnight.
‣ Do not use the premises for any illegal activity.
‣ No smoking/vaping inside the house. If smoking or vaping outside, guests must be 15 ft away from the entrance and windows and clean up after themselves.


BEFORE YOU BOOK:
• A rental agreement is required at the time of booking. It will be sent immediately after you reserve and must be signed within 48 hours to avoid cancellation.
• A $300 security-deposit hold will be placed on the guest’s credit card 2 days before arrival and released within 5 days after departure, pending no damages.
