Relax by the wood-burning fireplace in the sitting room or read a book on the oversized swing on the back deck as you take in all that nature has to offer…butterflies & hummingbirds abound during the warmer months. The den has plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy a movie or game. The oversized half bath is conveniently located downstairs.

There are multiple options for eating locations including a formal dining room and covered patio. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a primary with a lovely deck overlooking the water. It boasts a king size bed while the opposite bedroom has a daybed that can be two twins or another king. A pack n play is also available. This home is perfect for couples or families. The shared bathroom is luxurious with a massive walk-in shower and gorgeous views.

It is easily accessible and about 15 minutes from quaint downtown with great restaurants, shopping, farmers markets and festivals. There are hiking trails all around us and Lakes Nottley and Chatuge are both a short drive. Murphy is perfectly situated 2 hours from Atlanta, Asheville and Chattanooga. It is in close proximity to Blue Ridge, Blairsville and Young Harris GA as well as Hayesville, Warne and Brasstown NC.
