Inside, the home offers three comfortable bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, while the other two share a full bath, making it ideal for families or groups. The thoughtfully designed kitchen is fully equipped for preparing full meals, and the large dining table seats six, so gathering together is easy and comfortable.

The living room provides ample seating for everyone, along with a TV for cozy evenings in.

Located just a 10-minute walk from downtown Tofino, Tofino House puts you close to everything while still offering a quiet, private setting on a peaceful cul-de-sac. You’ll be directly across from the popular Shelter Restaurant at the Tofino Resort + Marina, only steps from local surf shops and the beloved Tofino Coffee Roasting Company, and just a short drive from the stunning Chesterman Beach.

Renter's Agreement: Guests must sign the Renter's Agreement to confirm their reservation.
Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 years or older to make a booking.
Guest limit: 6 guest max. In accordance with Tofino regulations, short-term rentals may not accommodate more than 6 guests, including infants and children.

MINIMUM NIGHTS Year round: 2 night minimum Holiday's - 3 night minimum July/August
Discounted Rates: We offer discounted rates for month-long stays only during our low season (January-March 15).
Pet Policy: We are dog-friendly with a maximum of 2 dogs, subject to the owner's approval (sorry, no cats).
On-Site Tenant: The owners live on site full time above the suite.
Quiet Hours: Strict quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Any noise complaints may result in a noise fine. Please be respectful of neighbors and locals.
Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30-day cancellation policy. If you cancel with 30 days' notice, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made without the required notice will not be refunded. We do not move or adjust reservations within the 30-day notice period.
Accidental Damage Protection is included in the total cost of your reservation—there is no additional fee after booking, as it is automatically applied at the time of purchase. This coverage protects against accidental damages up to $1,000 that may occur during your stay. Please note: This protection does not apply to damages caused by parties, unauthorized events, or negligent behaviour. It is strictly intended for unintentional mishaps that may happen while you're staying in the home.
