The Space

This spacious 2,200+ sq. ft. villa features 3 private bedroom suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom:

• Primary Suite — King bed with private en-suite bathroom
• Second King Suite — King bed, private en-suite bathroom, plus dedicated office/workspace
• Family Suite — King bed with two queen bunk beds above, perfect for families or larger groups, plus private en-suite bathroom

Additional sleeping options include:
• King daybed in the living room
• Pack N Play
• Toddler inflatable bed
• Queen air mattress

The bright open-concept living area features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the private pool, high-end furnishings, and a fully equipped indoor kitchen. The living room sofa also converts into an additional comfortable sleeping space.

Electricity Usage

Electricity costs in Turks & Caicos are extremely high, so guests are kindly asked to be mindful when using air conditioning. Please keep doors and windows closed while AC is running.

Your stay includes up to $60 USD per day in electricity usage. Any overage will be charged at $0.60 USD per kWh and processed after checkout based on meter readings.

Guests have full private access to the entire villa and property. This is not a shared space.

Things to Note

Pink Pineapple Villa is located within a brand-new boutique development. A short 200m section of the road entering the development is still being finalized and may be slightly uneven. There are also a few homes still under construction within the 10-villa community, though crews are respectful of guests and disruption is minimal. - it is almost complete and most of the work is inside now. Guessing it will all be completed and turned over to new owners in July/August.

The villa offers a peaceful and secluded feel while still being incredibly close to all the best of Grace Bay.

A Jeep located onsite may also be available to rent during your stay — please inquire for availability. The property includes additional parking spaces as well.
