• This villa is on the 3rd floor—stairs are required to access the villa.

• Guests are welcome to enjoy the South Beach Marina pool. The pool is not associated with Bluff Villas therefore guests are expected to pay pool entry fees.

• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
