This beautifully restored 1940s barn has been transformed into a cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath guest house, tucked over 500 feet from the main home for added privacy. Surrounded by nature and overlooking a serene 8-acre lake, it’s the perfect place to step away from the noise of everyday life.

Start your mornings with coffee and lake views, spend your afternoons paddling the kayak or canoe (provided with paddles and life jackets), and wind down under quiet evening skies by the warmth of chiminea fire pit.

Inside, the space is warm and simple, featuring a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, 2-burner stovetop, compact oven, and microwave. Basic dishes and cookware are included, ideal for light meals and easy living. Master bedroom upstairs with queen, and on suit bathroom. Second bedroom downstairs with full size bed and bathroom just outside bedroom door.
