Sleeping Arrangements:

Sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably across 3 private bedrooms, plus two futons in common areas.

Important Notes:

- The property owners occupy the basement level, which has a completely separate entrance. They are typically away during the day, and guests still enjoy a high level of privacy.
- The dock is suitable for non-motorized watercraft only. Boats cannot be tied up here. A public boat launch is available nearby (approximately 1.6 miles away).
- Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles, with limited additional space if bringing a boat.
