**Owner Occupancy Notice**

- Please note that the property owners reside onsite in a separate basement suite with their own private entrance. The basement suite is completely separate from the guest accommodations, and guests have full private use of all advertised indoor and outdoor spaces. The owners are respectful of guest privacy and will not access guest areas during your stay.

- The dock is suitable for non-motorized watercraft only. Boats cannot be tied up here. A public boat launch is available nearby (approximately 1.6 miles away).
- Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles, with limited additional space if bringing a boat.
