⚠️ POOL HEATING

Pool heat is available for an additional fee of **$250**, plus **$30 per additional day AFTER 7 days**. Please request pool heat at least **48 hours before arrival**. Once activated, pool heat must remain on for the duration of the reservation.



🌦 HURRICANE SEASON



For stays between July and November, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds cannot be issued for weather-related travel disruptions.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the entire home during their stay. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, laundry room, and outdoor spaces. Enjoy exclusive use of the private pool, hot tub, screened lanai, fire pit, and dock. The driveway is available for parking. Self check-in is provided for your convenience using a secure keypad entry.

The home is located in a residential area of Port Charlotte, offering a relaxed setting for guests looking to unwind. The surrounding area provides a balance of privacy and convenience, with restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers, and parks all within a short drive. Guests can also enjoy easy access to Florida’s coastal lifestyle, including nearby waterways, marinas, boating, fishing, and beach destinations.

It is a self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only, such as linens, towels, and wine glasses. Please relax and enjoy your stay, knowing minor mishaps are covered.

🔊 Noise and External Conditions: Please be aware that situations outside our control may occur. This includes construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or issues on neighboring properties or units. These circumstances are beyond our control, and we are unable to provide refunds for any related disruptions.



🚼 Pack ’n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. As these items are shared across our units, we kindly ask that you request one, at the time of booking to confirm availability. Please note that not all listings include them, so we recommend checking the amenities list or reaching out to our team in advance for confirmation.



PLEASE NOTE:

🗑️Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. If you run out, nearby stores are easily accessible. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days of your stay—please use the in-unit washer and dryer if available to refresh them. If your unit does not include laundry, on-site facilities may be available (fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability.
