This spacious vacation home is nestled in the heart of Englewood and its surrounding cities! Conveniently situated and only 2.5 miles to Englewood Beach! Just minutes to Manasota Key beaches, boating, fishing, sightseeing, parasailing, watersport rentals, restaurants, and more fun!

This pool home boasts an open floor plan, screened lanai/sunroom and a year-round heated natural saltwater pool! YES, pool heat is included in your stay! Master bedroom has a king size bed with a large walk-in closet and a workspace with a desk and chair. The master bathroom which features a tiled walk-in shower is off the master bedroom. The Queen bedroom is on the other side of the house along with the second bathroom. The 3rd bedroom offers 2 twin size beds, each having a trundle pull-out bed stowed below for easy guest access! (4 twin beds total). The kitchen overlooks the living room, dining room and game area. The rear sunroom leads directly to the screened pool area where a charcoal grill is available outside the screened pool area for guests to use! This split floor plan is tastefully decorated with coastal theme decor. Smart TV’s in each room.

Guests access this home via a digital lock keypad with a code to enter. A vehicle is recommended getting to/from. Driveway parking is available fits up to 4 cars. No garage parking and no parking on the grass/lawn at any time

There is a locked closet in the hallway and in the garage that are for owner access only - do not tamper with these locks or closets.

Beach items are located in the garage are for guest use! Please clean/remove sand after use and place back where you found them. We welcome donated beach items as long as they are in good condition/ working order for the next guests to enjoy therefore beach items can vary between guest stays.

Having a vehicle for travel in this area is recommended, close proximity to shopping, restaurants, coffee, and tourist's attractions.

*Disclaimer: This home is situated on the corner of two street: one that leads into a residential neighborhood and the other being a main road connecting Englewood. The traffic on this street can vary, and it's important to note that more popular times (ex: during spring break), there tends to be higher demand and, subsequently, heavier traffic at times and can sometimes be heard from inside the house including the twin bedroom. However, this location is in a prime desirable area of Englewood, offering easy access to many popular attractions and amenities. Some guests find the convenience of its location outweighs any potential traffic concerns. Sensitivity to traffic can vary from person to person, so it ultimately depends on individual preferences. With support of AIRBNB, there are no refunds based on location-related concerns. However, rest assured that this is a testament to our incredibly convenient location on the corner of a moderately trafficked street.

There is free parking in the driveway for 4 regular sized cars. A car is recommended, but there are sidewalks to walk/run/bike to local nearby shopping and restaurants only blocks away - traffic can be heavier during peak season so paying attention to traffic signals is a must.

**Disclosure: there is a step down into the perimeter of the living room; This may not be suitable for toddlers and or persons with a walking handicap
