This brand-new apartment is located in one of Madrid’s most peaceful and green areas, offering the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. Guests can unwind in the private jacuzzi, enjoy a movie on Netflix, or relax with a selection of over 300 books available in the apartment. The atmosphere combines comfort, style, and tranquility, making it ideal for both families and groups of friends.

The location is exceptionally convenient, with many of Madrid’s main attractions within a short walking distance. Nearby, you will find the Teleférico de Madrid, Palacio Real, Teatro Real, Jardines de Sabatini, Plaza de España, and the Temple of Debod. The area is also well connected with a metro station close by, and offers a wide range of amenities including Cines Renoir, Parque del Oeste, Calle Princesa, El Corte Inglés, and hundreds of restaurants, cafés, and pubs.

The apartment itself is spacious, covering more than 120 square meters, and features three bedrooms of similar size, designed to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests. One bedroom includes its own private bathroom, while the other two share a large main bathroom equipped with two showers and a relaxing jacuzzi. The layout is ideal for groups who want both shared spaces and personal comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay, including a Nespresso machine. Each bedroom is thoughtfully prepared with bathrobes and a full set of towels, including large, medium, and small sizes, providing a hotel-quality experience throughout your stay.

Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed in person by a member of the team whenever possible. Alternatively, a self check-in option is available for added flexibility. Standard check-in is free between 16:00h and 19:00h, while late arrivals until midnight are possible with an additional fee. Early check-in and late check-out can also be arranged at no extra cost, subject to availability.

Guests are kindly reminded that they are responsible for any locksmith costs in case of lost or forgotten keys. It is also important to respect the house rules, which strictly prohibit parties and loud gatherings. The number of guests must match the reservation, and the apartment should be kept tidy, with rubbish taken out daily and lights and air conditioning turned off when leaving.

Finally, in compliance with local regulations, all guests over the age of 16 are required to provide a copy of their passport or ID after booking confirmation. This is a mandatory requirement, and failure to provide the necessary documentation may result in cancellation of the reservation.
