The apartment is located in the center of Madrid. This fantastic newly renovated apartment will be your new home for a comfortable and pleasant stay in the city.
With capacity for up to 6 people, it features two rooms; one is a dressing room, and the other has a fully equipped private bathroom. The living room, a warm and cozy space, is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your favorite series or movies after a day of work or study in the city.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and all the necessary utensils so you can prepare your favorite meals during your stay. Additionally, there is a washing machine for your convenience.
We provide bedding, towels, shower gel, and shampoo, so you can travel light and feel at home from the very first moment.
The apartment has heating and air conditioning, ensuring your comfort in any season. Also, high-speed Wi-Fi connection will allow you to stay connected, whether for remote work or simply to enjoy your free time.

HOW TO GET AROUND
You can walk to all the places of interest, but you also have several nearby metro stations and buses.
Metro Gran Vía:Lines 1 and 5. You can reach La Latina in 2 stops on line 5.
Metro Sol:Lines 1, 2, and 3. From here, you can easily reach any point in the city.
To reach the apartment:
From the Airport:You can take a taxi with a fixed fare of €33 or come by metro: Take line 8 from the airport, transfer at Nuevos Ministerios to line 10 to Tribunal station, then switch to line 1 to Gran Vía station, and walk 2 minutes to the apartment.
From Atocha Station:Take metro line 1 directly to Sol station, then walk a few minutes to the apartment.
From Chamartín Station:Take line 10 to Tribunal station, then switch to line 1 to Gran Vía station, and walk a few minutes to the apartment.
You can also arrive by car and park in one of the nearby parking lots. Please consult the Madrid City Council website for information on possible environmental restrictions and permitted parking.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.
-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
