Guest access
Guests have access to this apartment that is attached to the two car garage and the patio with the heart shaped hot tub. The two car garage and side access door is kept locked with personal items and yard maintenance tools/supplies. Typically we try to mow on Wednesday/Thursday (weather pending) so we will be in and out of the garage on mowing days.

Guests have access to the entire shared 3.5 acre outdoor property with the exception of the other VRBO house and its adjacent outdoor space. The wedding venue on site is kept locked, and we asks guests to stay off the surrounding outdoor space if an event is occurring. The barn on property is for wedding guest use only so please DO NOT use this space. This VRBO is located on a no through residential road with minimal traffic from the few other neighbors. Open patio area overlooks rolling fields, the wedding venue, and Zaleski State Forest.

Other things to note
There is a wedding venue down the hill from this property. The policy for wedding parties is outdoor music off by 9pm and party over by 11pm.
Cell phone service is lacking in most of Hocking Hills area, but Moonville Getaway has GREAT WiFi perfect for video calls, texting, and streaming. Call service can typically be found in front of the apartment.
There is a fire pit on property. Please bring your own firewood. If you need a location to purchase firewood message us for directions.

The neighborhood:
We do our best to keep our property in pristine condition with great care and attention, offering a clean and comfortable retreat. Out front across the street, you’ll find our awesome friendly neighbors with the sweetest animals. The small dogs, kittens, chickens, and goats enjoy frequently visiting the property and getting snuggles and love from all our visitors. They also have a love for derby cars as many of those are on display. There is also an old, abandoned house nearby—it’s definitely seen better days, but it’s part of the eclectic and rustic charm of the area and doesn’t affect the quality of your stay.
