The hot tub was the whole reason we went down and choose this “secluded” cabin. It sits on a road first of all and you can only tell in the one pic. The hot tub is broken….

We're sorry you experienced issues during your stay. Hot tubs are mechanical devices and can sometimes malfunction. The hot tub has been fixed since your stay. We understand your frustrations, but we tried to rectify it throughout your stay in other ways!

Nice quiet place, along the road but hardly any traffic. We do a lot of our own cooking so we had everything we needed for our short get away. Even with the 20* weather we enjoyed the hot tub looking out over the night sky. Very relaxing! We were able to bring our dogs along with us so that was nice also. Had a nice time exploring the area, lots to see and everyone was so friendly!

The check-in process was overall smooth, and the location was nice.Upon trying to use the hot tub, we discovered it to be non-operational. The hosts were great at communicating with us during this, but ultimately unable to fix the hot tub. They made an attempt to offer compensation, however none of the options presented appealed to us personally so we asked if it would be possible to receive a partial refund as the hot tub was the sole reason we booked the property.Since then there has been no communication from the host, after there was no issue and communication was smooth and quick before this request was made. Overall we are puzzled why it was not confirmed if everything was operational before we arrived - if we had known beforehand, we would have liked the opportunity to adjust our travel plans.

We are deeply saddened you didn't have as enjoyable of a stay as you would have wished. We do apologize about the inconvenience of the hot tub throughout your stay. We understand that can be very frustrating, but we assure you it is just as frustrating for us as it is you. Hot tubs are mechanical devices and can malfunction. We try to get them back up and running as quickly as we can, but sometimes it takes longer than we anticipate.

Very nice relaxing cabin. It is a little close to the roaf but at night we sat by the fire.

Very cozy cabin, close to the road and another cabin on top of the hill. We still enjoyed our time by the fire and the peacefulness.
