Steps from pristine beaches and minutes from world-class golf and Hilton Head attractions, this two-bedroom villa is sure to please. Located in the Stone's Throw community of Folly Field Beach, you'll also enjoy access to a variety of onsite amenities including an outdoor pool, community grill/picnic areas, and direct beach access paths.



The two-story interior features a split-level design with upstairs bedroom spaces and communal living areas on the ground floor. Fully updated throughout, this brightly-lit space is rich with modern design and amenities. Private, furnished patios off the front and back of the home offer ample opportunity for summertime cookouts, al fresco dining, and five-o'clock cocktails.



The kitchen features a sleek array of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, for whipping up at-home meals with ease. There's indoor dining for four or you can take meals out front to the four-seater patio table with an umbrella. Make the most of blue skies and sunshine with a barbecue out on the back patio using the private gas grill.

I was worried about my small dog going upstairs but he just went up the stairs like he had lived there all his life. Kitchen was well equipped, even had paper towels. Short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Property Close to the Beach

This is a great property in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the close proximity to the beach (roughly a 7 minute walk) and the outdoor BBQ grill. The property comes well equipped with beach gear (chairs and a wagon), 2 parking spaces, and a full kitchen.

Lovely and close to the beach, but smelled of pine sol

Newly renovated and about a 5 min walk to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. A little smaller than the pictures made it appear but overall very nice. The only issue was the smell of pine sol upon arriving was extremely strong you could smell it from the parking lot and it lasted for 2 full days, making myself and my family sick. Hoping that was a fluke incident but definitely needs to be corrected.

We had a great week at Stones Throw. Loved the space of the condo. Loved the front porch to store all our beach items. Only complaint is the master bedroom shower door leaks on the floor and we put a towel down all week to catch the water when showering. Needs to be sealed. Other than that it was a great week!

Comfortable stay at Stones Throw

We loved the location of Stones Throw. There are readily accessible walking/biking paths all over, so we had lots of places to walk our dog. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the furnishings needed to prepare some wonderful seafood dinners with fresh seafood purchased nearby. There is a private lanai furnished with table, chairs, & sun umbrella in the front & a patio area through sliding doors in the living room. Two bedrooms, bathrooms, and a washer/dryer can be found upstairs. The best thing about this location was its proximity to Folly Field Beach. We didn’t figure out it was within walking distance until our second day but were thrilled when we found this sprawling, beautiful beach. We would definitely consider staying here again if visiting Hilton Head.

Misrepresented beach access

Property chosen for pet-friendly and beach access, which was described as 5 minute walk. The Folly Field beach access was closed for renovations!!!! We attempted to access across the street and were met with a firm "no". Apparently other properties - Sandcastle, for example -- had an arrangement for access. Stones Throw did not. We had to pack up and drive to public access versus the convenient walk. Property was not described accurately!!!!

Close to beach, door issues.

Property management closed doors at 4:45 on Tuesday the day we tried to check-in. We did after hours checkin which was fine. Something was wrong with the door system and we barely got the door opened. Unfortunately our cell service wasn’t good when we tried to contact management for help. After about an hour of trying numbers we somehow got the door opened. We contacted management the next day and they replaced the battery which didn’t solve the issue. Then they replaced the door lock mechanism which seemed to help but we still had issues. We finally gave up and left the back door unlocked. Other than the door issue we enjoyed our time at Folly Field. Proximity to the beach was great.

Not quite ready for huests

Property had no hot water in kitchen area and showers upon arrival. Hot water came on the 2nd day in evening but not in Kitchen. Light switches did not work in large bedroom. Dining room table leg was broken and we almost had an accident. Broken bottle near pavers to entrance pointed out by nice couple. No soap in downstairs toilet but only in 1 bathroom. Check in system was cumbersome— drive 5,3 mile to pick up some parking passes that could have been put in unit. Very disappointed. j

Great pet friendly condo. 2.5 blocks to beach. Quiet location in complex. This is our 2nd time staying here and plan on coming back in Spring. Nice kitchen. Felt comfortable here. Nice neighbors.
