No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Please note E-bikes are not allowed.



Other Things to Note:

Just a heads up---The Regime had us move the grill due to local fire code requirements. However, there is a community grilling area located near the pool that you are welcome to use during your stay.

There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee per pet if you plan to bring a pet. Please let us know how many pets will be accompanying you so we can update your reservation accordingly.
