Don’t stay here. The one star was given just for the property manager who listened to our frustrations and complaints. This place has so much potential but it is tired and feels dirty and dingy. The furniture is worn with the color brown ground into them. The windows are hazy and dirty due to poor seals. The wood floors are the same and due to the stilted bungalow make up of the house the entire place slants. You have to watch your steps especially when there is a leak in the ceiling above the kitchen floor where it also slants. The stairs leading up to the bungalow are uneven and dangerous with some loose boards as well as the walkway leading to the stairs which looks like someone drizzled a bit of blacktop over the roots in the ground. The bedroom linens are worn and the bathrooms are extremely tiny with poor water pressure. The lamp on one side of our daughter’s bed had to balance on the head board because it was broken. We had access to basically drive into Sea Pines but had to pay for everything else such as the pools because they are not included even though we were told we would have access to everything by the Dwell Vacation company this property runs through. We were not happy with this place and it made our evenings not restful on this beautiful island. The pictures seen when the reservation was made are similar but not accurate. On a plus side, there were at least four coffee pots to choose from in various cupboards.
