This building was originally part of the horse stable section in the early years of Wilmington. During the mid-1990's the building was renovated into 4 residential condos with a retail space on the first floor....currently Gallery Citrine Art Gallery.
During the great pandemic, we painstakingly restored our unit to bring the original building character back while adding Mid-Century Modern furnishings.

********Please note there is NO ELEVATOR in this building. To reach the unit, you must walk up stairs.*********

This is a walk-up. There is NO ELEVATOR!

There is one parking pass provided in the paved lot across the street. Any other vehicles will need to purchase parking tickets from the kiosk at the entrance to the lot.
