Hi, I’m Paula!
My husband Chan and I moved to Wilmington in October of 2020 after living in Alexandria VA for most of our lives. We visited Wilmington for the first time in April of 2019 and fell in love with it. I immediately began searching for our first short term rental. Within a few months we purchased what is now known as Elephant on Market. Fast forward a year, and after spending lots of time at the loft visiting, the pandemic hits and we can work from anywhere. So we threw caution to the wind and decided to buy a historic home in downtown Wilmington. Talk about an adventure. We are now in the midst of a pretty substantial restoration project just a few blocks from the condo and have built our second short term rental - now known as Steer on Dock. The house was built in 1855 by the same architect as the Bellamy Mansion. It's been a lot of work but will be AMAZING when it's done. Please hit me up if you want to come over for a tour while you are visiting.
I’m fun and easy going and really love meeting new people on my adventures. My favorite things in the world are music, animals, photography, and interior design. I especially love the beach and am completely obsessed with my French bulldog Atlas. Oh, and I love coffee and foodie stuff and WINE! I also have a passion for real estate and would love to learn additional languages. Speaking Spanish would really come in handy.

There is an elevator for your convenience to the second floor. The unit is located in the back side of the building.

1. Our check out time is firm. If you have a request for an early check in or late check out please make those at the time of your booking and understand that due to cleaning schedules we can't always accommodate, but we try!
