My wife and I stayed here while I was on business and it was great. The condo was very clean and comfortable, had plenty of amenities and was close to everything we needed. Easy walking distance to all restaurants and shopping! We will definitely be back!

Best VRBO experience we have ever had. When our couple friends came out a day early Tamara and Bobby were able to accommodate them right next door in another unit. Modern in great location

We LOVED this place! You can tell it's been recently updated and it's so modern! There is a full kitchen so you can cook your own meals and the fridge is updated and has the water on the front so you can have filtered water. The bed was so comfortable and I loved the blanket.

This property was a great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. The apartment was spacious, very clean and had all the comforts of home. Only positive things to stay and our visit was 5 stars! Walkable Wilmington

The property was clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. We appreciated the ample supply of coffee pods, the well designed bathrooms and the comfortable bed. The parking situation was somewhat confusing, as it is a public lot across from the rental. The owners have made every effort to clarify its location but we still needed their assistance via phone. Once resolved, we didn’t experience any issues with parking and enjoyed the proximity to excellent restaurants, etc. The porch is located above the HVAC system for the restaurant below so we didn’t utilize it…not a big deal since we didn’t spend much time at the rental. I would definitely stay in the property again!
