The historic character of the home shines through while modern upgrades provide everything you need for a relaxing stay. The spacious living areas flow seamlessly into a large wet bar—perfect for hosting friends, mixing game day drinks, or unwinding after a day on campus. Located off the back driveway with a separate entrance, the Dearing Guest House features a studio that sleeps 5 with a double bed, day bed w/ trundle, and an additional twin bed. The private space is stocked with all essentials including a mini fridge, microwave, coffee station and an en-suite full bathroom.



Outside, a large deck creates the perfect gathering space for pregame celebrations, cookouts, or enjoying a quiet Tuscaloosa evening. Off-street parking is available with a private driveway located at the back of the home, making arrival and game day logistics easy and stress-free.
