Great Gameday Location!!

This was a great stay! The house was clean and stocked and the host, Kim, was the most attentive I have ever had. She wanted to be sure everything was going well and checked in often to see if we needed anything. This is also a great Gameday location being very close to campus. Highly recommend. Roll Tide!

Cute and comfortable house, very well-appointed for a enjoyable visit!

We were three sets of Bama parents in town for football and birthday celebrations. The interior was perfect for all of us: beds were all comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked, LR was a great size, location was easy to access, and a church lot provided extra parking. The grill, fire “pit,” and exterior space were appreciated, too. Any communications w mgmt were prompt and courteous. Overall, the home was well represented and a great choice for our group.

Wonderful house!

A group of 7 of us were in town for a fundraiser and stayed at this amazing property for the weekend. The house was outfitted with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms and had more than enough room for us. The beds were comfortable, and all of the appliances worked great. We also briefly enjoyed the outdoor space which would come in handy for a fun football game weekend. We originally had 10 people coming and this house would have fit all of us easily. I will keep my eye on this one ahead of time for future football weekends!

Parents weekend

Nice house, lots of bedrooms, very comfy bed...we only used one bedroom. Location was good for our needs. Kitchen has everything you would need and there are nice touches like coffee, snacks, tissue etc. The only drawback was cleanliness. Floors were not clean. Linens for other bathrooms were left in dryer and we folded them. Didnt need them for our stay. Management was very responsive and helpful.

Thank you for your review Eric. You were given permission for an early arrival. Our office staff that gave this permission didn't realize our cleaning staff still needed to return to finish the floors and linens. You were asked if we could send our staff over to finish, but you declined, so this seems a bit unfair to lower your review score after being allowed an early arrival, and after you declined allowing our cleaning staff to return and finish. You were great guests, so we would love to have you back another time.

VRBO December Graduation

Overall, we enjoyed our stay on the property. We rented the property to celebrate my daughter's December graduation. This was my first experience renting a VRBO property, and I had a very positive experience. The rental team was very responsive to my questions. We had 10 total guests. The property was able to provide adequate accommodations for everyone. We had eight people sleeping on the first floor and two sleeping on the second floor. Having four bathrooms (with showers) was the biggest selling point for me. The property was clean and well-stocked with towels, kitchen appliances, and eating utensils. The dining room was cozy but large enough to accommodate our entire group for breakfast. I enjoyed the location, but I would disagree with it being within walking distance to the stadium and downtown. The location is quiet with minimal traffic. There is a church across the street and a school (with playground) next door. This property is located south of 15th Street. This is a difficult street to cross for pedestrians. Regardless, I did not rent this property to be close to campus, so I enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.If given the chance, I would rent this property again for a graduation ceremony. However, if you are going to watch a football game and wanted to walk to the stadium and around campus, I would recommend something north of 15th Street.

Great spot!

We came in for the game and to celebrate a big 40th birthday. Our party consisted of adults in their late 60s through children as young as 3. We had 11 people total. An Uber before the game only cost 8 dollars from this location (after the game was much more- about $40); however, many of our group walked back. The walk is easy and takes about 25 minutes even with kiddos. The house is great for large groups! All beds were comfortable. Upstairs was very cozy. No bath tubs for little ones, but that was not a big deal for the length of our stay. Foosball (pictures on vrbo) was broken behind the outside porch, but everything else outside was great! Lots of seating, string lights, corn hole, even the propane fire table worked great! We would certainly come back again. It gets 5 stars from us.

Golfer girls enjoyed Bama house!!!

We had 5 ladies playing in a golf tournament and we each had our own bedroom, which was great. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Would definitely stay again if we're in Tuscaloosa.

Perfect Gameday Retreat

Great location, quick walk to the stadium and close to lots of dining options. The house was awesome. Kitchen was spacious, beds were very comfortable, and the living room was a great place to watch other games before we headed over to the stadium. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfy, spacious and a short walk to campus

This rental was even better than I hoped for! The property is HUGE and has everything: a full-service kitchen with everything we needed (plates, utensils, cookware, serving utensils, and what looked like totally brand new stainless steel appliances!), a spacious living room with some very comfortable couches, clean and cozy bedrooms/bathrooms, an outdoor patio (we didn't use it because it was chilly but it looked perfect for warmer weather), and a washer/dryer. I was impressed by how clean it was too -- linens, towels, and the overall property. Plus, the decor is super cute and Alabama themed (Roll Tide!). Although we didn't have much contact with the property owners, we did text them a asking for a few food/activity recommendations and they were super helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Tuscaloosa, especially if going to a game!
