Welcome to Bama Hideout!

This adorable home is just half a mile from the stadium and walking distance from Tuscaloosa's downtown district! The home can sleep 4 adults plus 4 children.

The Bedrooms:
There are 2 bedrooms on the first level. The first bedroom has a Queen bed and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the second bedroom. The second bedroom on this floor has a King bed. There is also a half bathroom on the first floor. On the upper level of the house there is 1 King bed bedroom with an attached bathroom. There are also two Full beds tucked into the wall in the common space.

The Outdoors:
The outdoor patio has a wood burning fire pit - perfect to make s'mores with family! And if you are here for an Alabama game there is a TV outside where everyone can watch the tide play!

The Historic District:
This house is located in the stunning, City of Tuscaloosa Historic District! When staying in the historic district, you will be extremely close to Downtown Tuscaloosa, the University of Alabama's Campus/Strip, as well as wonderful walking trails with an old world, comfortable feel. The trade off is that there are strictly enforced noise ordinances and rules (noise - inside after 10:30PM, visitor restrictions, & parking restrictions). It is crucial that these rules are adhered to, as the historic district is under a lot of scrutiny. It is important that our guests are respectful of full time residents who have made their full-time home in this area.

Walking distance to UofA campus, Bryant Denny Stadium, walking trails, downtown restaurants, shopping, and more!

*If your selected property offers the use of trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms and photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
