Step inside and you’re welcomed by a comfortable, open living space designed for easy, laid-back living. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up meals, with convenient counter seating for two, while the nearby dining table for four invites you to gather and connect. The living room offers a cozy sofa, recliner, and smart TV—perfect for winding down after a day out. Just beyond, your private balcony becomes a highlight, featuring seating for two and peaceful views overlooking the golf course—an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening sunsets.



This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



The bedroom includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for 1 vehicle. Parking pass will be provided at the gate.

• This home is a one level, top floor walk-up unit with 20 steps required to reach the main entrance.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

• Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home.
