The Space:

Step inside your condo and feel instantly at home. The living room is warm and inviting, with a sofa, couch, cable TV, and a cozy armchair with footrest, making it a perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with stone countertops, modern appliances, and a Keurig drip/single-cup combo, with counter seating for two. Just beyond, the dining table for four is set for meals or game nights. Sliding doors lead to your private patio, where a table for two invites you to sip your morning coffee or evening glass of wine while taking in peaceful views of the golf course. This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is a first-floor, walkdown unit with 10 steps required to reach the main entrance.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for 1 vehicle. Parking pass will be provided at the gate.

• Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

• A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home. Dog waste bags are provided in a courtesy basket within the home and must be used and properly disposed of when taking a dog outside.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera, located outside the front door and actively monitoring the front exterior entryway.

• Portable crib available.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are not responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
