Vacation in our beautiful, newly remodeled, Black Bear–themed condo located within the gated Pointe Royale community—equipped with top-tier amenities!
This ground-level unit (just two steps up to the front door) sits right on the Championship 18-hole Golf Course and is conveniently located next to tennis and pickleball courts, indoor and outdoor pools, and a hot tub. You’ll also find a playground, dog parks, scenic trails, and a gorgeous clubhouse with a restaurant just steps away.

The Black Bear Condo is part of the "Stay and Play" package, offering a special golf rate of just $60 per person—a significant savings compared to the standard $109.99 rate!

Inside, you'll find all the comforts of home—and more. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV to keep you connected and entertained. The spacious king-size bed features a brand-new foam mattress and topper for a restful night’s sleep. For extra guests, there’s a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa. In the morning, sip your coffee on the patio while enjoying beautiful views and watching early golfers pass by. For your convenience, the unit also includes a washer and dryer.

We’re just two miles from Moonshine Beach and four miles from Branson’s famous Strip—home to shopping, Silver Dollar City, shows, zip lines, cave tours, hiking, boating, fishing, and wineries. You can even fish right from the bank (fishing license required). There’s no shortage of fun and relaxation here!

Before your arrival, you’ll receive a private access code for seamless, keyless entry to your home away from home. Parking is simple, with space for up to two vehicles directly in front of the condo. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities, and we strive to make your stay as stress-free as possible.

At The Black Bear, we also warmly welcome your four-legged family members! We allow one well-behaved dog (up to 20 pounds) per stay, with a one-time $75 pet fee. We kindly ask that your pet be crated while unattended and kept off the furniture at all times. This helps ensure a peaceful and clean environment for all our guests. Please note that any damage caused by your pet will be billed to the guest.

We love Point Royale and the Black Bear condo is our favorite! Everything is well updated, super clean and charming. It's right next to the clubhouse with fitness room, pools, etc. We definitely plan to stay there again!

Our 5 star stay My wife and I stayed for a week at Black Bear Condo. The condo was very clean well stocked with everything you would really need. The balcony was nice place to relax and watch the golfers go bye, at times it was quite entertaining,would definitely recommend the condo

Winter getaway

We had a lovely stay. Our host was very attentive and checked with us on our needs. When a slight problem arose they responded promptly sending a handyman who was polite, competent, and concerned. The condo was clean and well-stocked with kitchenware, linens, and entertainment items. We would stay there again.

Don’t miss out!!! Great location and great host!

We stayed at the Black Bear Condo in Branson! It’s located in a gated community! Has a great view. Close to Tennis Courts and outdoor pool! Like a few steps away from both! Our host Anna was the best. Very receptive to correspondence when needed. Reaching out to us and checking in. It’s an inviting condo with a big bedroom with a comfortable bed. Very clean! Nice deck with a great view! The quality of towels were phenomenal. We would definitely stay again! Looking forward to going back soon! Thank you Anna! 5 stars!!

A breath of fresh air

The black bear condo had everything that we needed and then some. A lovely view. Watching the squirrels run and play. It was so great to have the swimming pool (indoor and outdoors), and hot tub just minutes walk from our condo. My wife and I love to swim and relax. Being able to cook just like being at home was a plus. Appreciated the spices and cooking utensils. The hard part is going back to the rat race. It is hard to leave. It would be nice to have a check out at 11 or even 12. Having the stuff to play basketball, tennis and pickle ball was great.

Great Location & Comfy Space

My family of four stayed at Black Bear Cottage at Point Royal Golf Village. The location is perfect for accessing all the Branson attractions. All of the family enjoyed the included pool and sports courts. We would gladly stay again!

This was our second time to stay here. Once again it was not disappointing. Everything was as described. Felt very welcome as soon as we walked in the door. The host checked on us to see if we needed anything during our stay. We will definitely be staying at this condo again.

I was born and raised in Poland but have spent most of my life in the U.S., in the Chicagoland area. I’ve worked in the financial field for the past 20 years. I enjoy connecting with people and take great pride in providing my guests with the highest level of care. Sincere hospitality and attention to detail have been close to my heart since a very young age.

I’m naturally active and energetic. When I’m not working or spending time with my family, I enjoy exercising (especially Callanetics), playing ping-pong, and practicing ballroom dancing. I used to play professional volleyball in my younger years and hope to return to the sport one day.

I also love traveling and meeting new people. Some dream destinations on my list include Africa, New Zealand, and Paris.
