Welcome to Hark the Sound, a peaceful soundfront retreat tucked away on Archer’s Point in the heart of Emerald Isle. This charming cottage offers beautiful views of Bogue Sound, a private pier, and multiple outdoor living spaces, making it the perfect place to slow down and enjoy coastal life.

The home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with comfortable accommodations for up to eight guests. Inside, the open living area and kitchen create a warm and inviting space to gather after a day on the water. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop, two wall ovens, and a dishwasher, making meal preparation easy whether you're cooking fresh local seafood or a family breakfast.

Large windows and doors throughout the main level allow the natural beauty of the sound to shine inside. The main living area, primary suite, and an additional main-floor bedroom all feature stunning sound views and direct access to the spacious screened porch, which stretches across the entire back of the home. It’s the perfect place to sip morning coffee, watch boats pass by, or enjoy breathtaking coastal sunsets.

Downstairs, a separate sunny living area with a wet bar and beverage refrigerator provides additional space for relaxing or gathering with family and friends. This level also features a king bedroom and full bathroom with beautiful sound views and easy access to the outdoor covered sitting area and lower deck.

Enjoy the large screened porch, backyard deck, covered lounging area, and furnished front porch, all designed for taking in the peaceful surroundings.
