Come and relax in our 4-bedroom, 2 bath house at the coveted "Point" in Emerald Isle! "Sea Our Point" is waiting to host your family's beach vacation this season. Enjoy panoramic views of the dunes and beach from both levels of spacious decks, and you may spot deer and rabbits romping in the expansive dunes behind the house.

Two King bedrooms on the second level offer walk-outs to the upper deck and 43" smart TVs, and even the upstairs bathroom offers a gorgeous view of the dunes and beach! On the main level, a Queen room has a 43" smart TV and view of the dunes from the bed. An additional bedroom has 2 twin beds, perfect for the kids. Bright and airy decor brings the essence of the beach inside, and you'll enjoy Spectrum high-speed internet and cable on 4 large televisions! A quaint, iron spiral staircase to the second floor entices you to pack simply - after all, what would you need besides your swimsuit, shades and flip-flops? Polywood furniture on the house decks and picnic tables on the dune-deck are perfect for lounging in the coastal breeze!

"Sea Our Point" is owned by Don Wright of Midlothian, VA, and managed by longtime friends Ken Dehnel and Helen Ramazio, who live locally in Emerald Isle. We are well-seasoned with short-term rentals, and ready to assist you as you plan your visit!

We stayed over Christmas. The host was great to work with. Very nice place! They have the most comfortable beds... better than any other rentals I've ever stayed at. Kitchen is very well equipped with nice cookware. Living area furniture is comfortable. Nice ocean view from the upper level.

The hosts were fantastic, and couldn't have been more responsive. Their substitute cleaners did a poor job, and we could see when we arrived that there was a problem. They came over immediately to make sure the cleaning was done properly.

Our First Vacation at Emerald Isle

The house was great! My husband loved it! There were 7 of us three adults and four kids. The house had plenty of room for all of us! We did need at least one more bathroom with the 4 kids. Loved the open floor plan with the kitchen and dining area! Overall we all loved the house and the beach wasn’t crowded and it was a wide open beach! Loved it!

Excellent Stay at Sea Our Point

Our family enjoyed a fabulous stay at The Point! The house had everything we needed for meals, relaxation, games, and more to enjoy our week away. The view from both decks was outstanding, and the beach was spacious and uncrowded, even during a Holiday weekend. If you love Emerald Isle and the Crystal Coast, I highly recommend!

We have stayed at many beaches, but this was an amazing stay. Location, check in/out, communication, home, view- ALL of it. The house was super clean, beds were comfy. 10/10 recommend!! Loved seeing the deer right outside, unbothered.

Beach Home - Well cared for and it shows!

Most beach houses have an air of "realtor managed" about them, with a generic feeling (almost like a chain restaurant, which has it's ambiance screwed to the walls). This property is clearly not that. From the overall great condition of the home (well cared for, maintained) to the quality of the cookware (matching sets of dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, cutting boards, whisks, baking dishes), our stay was absolutely enjoyable. We enjoyed the unique art, the good selection of games, as well as the double decks with *comfortable* chairs. The view is spectacular, the short hike to the beach was actually a welcome bit of exercise, and a great chance to see some local wildlife (there is a young deer who lives in the dunes that we saw almost every day!).We also appreciate that there is plenty of room (very useful on a rainy day) for various indoor activities. The table seats 6, but with 2 stools from the island being at perfect height, we were able to sit all 8 of us without hassle (granted, we had 2 under 10). We appreciate the clear and quick communication, and we very much look forward to coming back!

Let the good times roll

Great house on the beach with views all the way to the Caribbean. Ease of living, fun times swimming and surfing, great dinners in and out at the Fish Shack, lovely neighborhood, bird watching, kite flying. Highly recommend.

The property was as advertised, four bedrooms, pleasant rooms, good kitchen. The distance to the beach was long; it was easier to use the public access two doors away. October is always pleasant at Emerald Isle.

Wonderful neighborhood

Wonderful place to visit. Exactly like the pictures. We really enjoyed walking in the neighborhood in the mornings. All of the people we saw were friendly. There is a great walking/bike path at the entrance so my only regret is that I didn't pack my bike!!
