▪️ This property may have regular maintenance (such as lawn care, pool service, or pest control) during your stay. If you'd prefer no service during your visit, please let us know in advance.

▪️ Surveillance cameras are installed on the exterior of the property for safety and security purposes only. There are no cameras inside the home.

▪️ We offer early check-in and late check-out options for an additional fee and subject to availability.

▪️ Mid-stay cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.

▪️ Pets are welcome with a $40 pet fee. A maximum of 3 pets under 60 lbs is allowed.

▪️ The property does not have a dedicated EV charger, but 240V outdoor outlets are available if needed.

▪️ Parking is available in the driveway (3 vehicles) and street parking (first-come, first-served).

▪️ The pool is available for guest use. Please supervise children at all times and follow all posted safety guidelines.

▪️ Trash collection days are Wednesday (recycling) and Friday (regular trash). Bins are located on the side of the home.

▪️ Unregistered guests are not allowed.
▪️ Pets are welcome with a $40 fee. Maximum of 3 pets under 60 lbs. Pets must be registered with the host. Host should also be informed if you have a service animal. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage or extra cleaning. Pet/Service Animal owners will be responsible for any extra cleaning fees or damages caused.
▪️ No smoking or vaping within the property’s premises. If smoking is done outside, please clean up after yourself.
▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 10PM to 7AM.
▪️ Please keep doors leading outside closed to maintain a cool/warm home.
▪️ Please keep the AC between 72°F and 79°F.
▪️ Please remove makeup before falling asleep to avoid stains on linens and bedding.
▪️ Please clean off shoes before re-entering the home from the backyard.
▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
▪️ Respect the home. Do not break or damage anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay.
▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues.
▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions.
▪️ Adhere to the standard check-in and check-out time. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to the host's approval.
▪️ All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place. Missing and/or damaged items may result in additional charges.
▪️ View Rental Agreement, Photo ID, and Security Deposit may be required upon check-in.
▪️ We reserve the right to charge a fee if ANY of the policies are violated.
