▪️ This property may have regular maintenance (such as lawn care, pool service, or pest control) during your stay. If you'd prefer no service during your visit, please let us know in advance.
▪️ Surveillance cameras are installed on the exterior of the property for safety and security purposes only. There are no cameras inside the home. One camera is positioned at the front/entry area, and an additional camera is located facing the pool equipment and storage shed area.
▪️ We offer early check-in and late check-out options for an additional fee and subject to availability.
▪️ Mid-stay cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.
▪️ The property does not have a dedicated EV charger, but 240V outdoor outlets are available if needed.
▪️ Parking is available in the driveway (3 vehicles) and street parking (first-come, first-served).
▪️ The pool is available for guest use. Please supervise children at all times and follow all posted safety guidelines.
▪️ Trash collection days are Wednesday (recycling) and Friday (regular trash). Bins are located on the side of the home.
▪️ For your convenience, please be aware that this property does not have a washer or dryer. The home is also stocked with a limited supply of towels, so we recommend bringing extra towels if you anticipate needing more during your stay.

⭐ HOUSE RULES ⭐
▪️ Unregistered guests (including visiting) are not allowed. Additional fees may apply.
▪️ Pets are welcome with a fee per pet. Max # of pets: 3 (under 40lbs only). Pets must be registered and reported to the host. Host should also be informed if you have a service animal. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage and extra cleaning. Pet/Service Animal owners will be responsible for any extra cleaning fees or damages caused.
▪️ No smoking or vaping within the property’s premises. If smoking is done outside, please clean up after yourself.
▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 10PM to 7AM.
▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
▪️ Respect the home. Do not damage or take anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place.
▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Guests will be held responsible for any plumbing issues or damages caused by improper use.
▪️ Report anything that is not working or broken upon check-in. Any issues that are not reported within 24hrs after check-in time may be considered to have occurred during your stay and could be subject to applicable charges.
▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions, including, but not limited to: adhering to check-in/out time, completing check-out tasks, parking, etc. Keep the AC between 72°F and 79°F. Remove makeup before falling asleep to avoid stains on linens and bedding.
▪️ Pre-check-in requirements must be completed before arrival. Guests must sign the Rental Agreement, submit a valid government-issued photo ID, and authorize the security deposit through our secure third-party platform (SecureStay). Check-in instructions and property access will only be provided after the verification process has been successfully completed. Failure to complete these requirements before check-in will result in denied access, and the reservation will not be eligible for a refund (according to cancellation policy). The security deposit will only be charged/captured if damages, missing items, or house rule violations are identified during the post-stay inspection.
▪️ The pool equipment area is strictly off-limits to guests and is not intended for restroom use, storage, or recreational activities. Please use the designated restroom facilities inside the home. Additional cleaning, sanitation, or damage caused in this area may result in extra charges.
▪️ Please clean off shoes before re-entering the home from the backyard.
▪️ Please keep doors leading outside closed to maintain a cool/warm home.
▪️ We reserve the right to charge a fee if ANY of the policies stated above is violated.
