Guest Access:
✹ GENERAL: Your whole group can enjoy private access to the entire home.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for multiple vehicles in the large driveway and on the street. Three cars can fit in the lengthy driveway!

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the second bedroom. Wifi speeds up to 500Mbps! Plus we put in a mesh wifi system so that you'll be able to access the internet from any corner of the house.

✹ PETS: This is a pet-friendly property! There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed and you must pay the pet fee ($150 per stay).

The Neighborhood:
Charming and safe neighborhood close to tourist attractions as well as grocery stores and shops. Two public golf courses 2 minutes away! Quiet neighborhood with homes spread out so you won't have to worry about close by neighbors. Everything you need is within reach. Grocery store around the corner and a target/world market shopping center + mall about 1 mile away!

Getting Around:
Plenty of parking on the street as well as in the home driveway. A car or Ubering is recommended for the best way to get around San Antonio.

Other Things to Note:
✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.

✹ Pool heat is an additional fee of $40 per day.

✹ As a note, due to the historic exterior, some of the windows do not open - please be aware of this and only try to open the ones labeled as such. The garage does not have A/C. Instead, there are fans to keep you cool in that space.
