Das Apartment Casa Teide liegt in der sehr gepflegten Anlage Parque Santiago 1 direkt am Meer und am traumhaften Strand von Las Americas. Der Pool ist im Winter beheizt und liegt nur wenige Schritte vor dem Apartment. Alle Geschäfte, Restaurants, Friseursalons, Banken und Geldautomaten können bequem zu Fuß erreicht werden. Auch innerhalb der Anlage gibt es einen Supermarkt und einige Geschäfte, Autovermietung, Restaurants. Das Objekt hat zwei Schlafzimmer.
Das Highlight ist die große Terrasse mit Sonnenliegen und Sitzecke sowie einen kleinen privaten Garten. Der gemütliche Wohnbereich verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer Sofa und eine Esszimmer-Ecke, die direkt an die Küche angrenzt. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Flachbild-Fernseher mit Satellitenprogrammen und eine kleine Stereoanlage. Internet steht über Wifi kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

Die Küche verfügt über ein Cerankochfeld, einen Backofen, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, eine Mikrowelle, sowie Toaster, Wasserkocher und eine Kaffeemaschine. Außerdem gibt es eine Waschmaschine mit Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett.

Das Apartment ist ideal für einen Bade- und Strandurlaub, auch für einen Langzeiturlaub ist es optimal geeignet. Die Anlage hat eine sehr schöne Poolanlage. Der Pool wird in den Wintermonaten beheizt. Die Sonnenliegen am Pool stehen Ihnen gegen eine Gebühr zur Verfügung. Am Pool gibt es außerdem ein Bistro für kleine Speisen und Eis zwischendurch (gegen Gebühr).

Host and amenities WiFi broke tv broke kettle blew up if you put toaster on and oven on it tripped the electric sun lounger mattress very old and dirty there were only two sun beds there were five of us we were told some one would come and fix everything no one came we gave up in the end

Stay here for 10 days great location close to bars and shops the only thing I say is 3 euro each to sit by the pool for a sun bed which we was not told about apartment need to be up dated apart from that great 10 days

Girls birthday trip

Basic apartment but very central. Couple of issues with wardrobe doors and shower head but nothing we couldn’t cope with for a couple of days. Fine for a cheeky wee break - pool area was nice and again €17 for 4 beds/mattresses and 2x umbrellas was reasonable. I’d rather have done that as fight for beds - all in all we’d go back for sure

Just ok, could be better.

Property very dated. Lots of problems raised with management agency who did address them promptly. Raised several other issues with owner e.g. wardrobe doors and patio doors, which he said he would address. Overall the apartment was disappointing as the photos of it appear to be very old. On the bright side it is on a lovely complex in a great location.

Holiday stay

Booking with Sven was hassle free and easy. communication with Alex as in where to pick up keys etc was crystal clear. The apartment is in the centre of the resort and 1min from the beach. Excellent location. Apartment has everything you need, as in washing machine,pots,pans, cutlery, towels,tea towels,etc .The apartment is a little out dated ,could do with modernization, and there should have being a spare set of bed clothes left for us to change our beds while we were washing the sheets..Apart from that i would highly recommend this apartment.

The internet kept going off, we had no cooker for 4 days which I reported the day after we arrived, was told someone would come out to look at it, no one turned up, we eventually found out that it had been switched off at the fuse box! Apart from that it was fine.

Location great, apartment needs improvement

We traveled as a family of four with two small children. The communication beforehand and also for check-in were good. Upon arrival at the apartment, the refrigerator was broken, but this was quickly fixed. Otherwise, the furnishings were as seen in the pictures, but the cleanliness was rather mediocre. The next day we noticed that the terrace was covered with masses of small crawling creatures. Even after cleaning on our part, these critters were all back the next day. When we told the agency, we were only given an insect spray, which did not help. Since we could not even hang laundry on the terrace or in the garden, this was a huge minus point for the accommodation. (The problem were the small insects, I even sent pictures to the agency) Now to the positive things: The location in Playa de las Americas is great, you can walk to the beaches, have shopping and restaurants right in front of the door, etc.. The pool of the complex is a salt water pool, which we also liked very much. Unfortunately, a sunbed there costs 2.50€ for a day, which we did not know before.

Great Location, Outdated Apartment

Pros: The location is unbeatable - just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The apartment itself is spacious with plenty of room and storage for 4-5 people. Fully functioning kitchen and private outside terrace. Check in and communication with host were quick and easy. Pool area with sunbed rentals was great for some quiet and relaxation! Cons: The wifi didn't work for the first day we were there as the password was incorrect. When it did work, it was very spotty and not accessible in one of the bedrooms. We booked the apartment for 5 people, but arrived to see it only prepped for 4. We had to set up the additional cot on our own and search the closets for bedding. One of the beds was missing pillow cases, but we were able to find them after some searching. Beds were uncomfortable. The sliding doors on the wardrobes stuck and one of the wardrobes doors was completely broken. Outside awning was ripped/broken upon arrival and the terrace was mostly dirt and stray cigarette butts. I think this apartment has great potential with a few updates and repairs. If you aren't planning on spending a lot of time in the apartment, the price is unbeatable just for the location alone. However, if you're looking for comfort and luxury, this may not be the place for you.

Nice try

At arrival the entry code for the fence was not working. The code for the key box was good. I have asked if the accommodation was wheelchair accessible. The owner replied with the information that the building was. He forgot to tell me there are 2! steps in front of our appartement. Thankfully I was able to reach the bedrooms and the patio but the bathroom was way to small. I could not fit thru the door with my small manual wheelchair.The furniture was in "ok" order, the wifi was terrible and there were cobwebs underneath the counters and in almost every corner. The cabinets under the tv were damaged. The garden was just a patio with a gravel patch attached to it. It is a shame that people use that gravel to throw away their sigaret buds.All and all, it's a good appartement for an able bodied person. I would not recommend this appartement for anybody with a physical disability.For the next tenant, I hope they will level out the washing machine. They just got a new washer but when it starts to centrifuge it will walks all over the kitchen. We only used it once because we had to physically hold it in place/

Schöne und günstige Wohnung an perfekter Lage

Schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung an perfekter Lage sehr nah am Strand und nah an vielfältigen Angeboten. Trotzdem recht ruhig. Toller Pool innerhalb der Anlage. Einige Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber zu diesem Preis gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Wohnungsübergabe schnell und unkompliziert. Sind vollauf zufrieden und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Bedankt voor uw beoordeling. Het hele appartement is 4 maanden geleden vernieuwd en gerenoveerd, ALLE matrassen en bedden zijn nog geen 2 maanden geleden nieuw aangeschaft. Wat moet er dan nog vernieuwd worden?
