Horizon South Resort Fees & Policies

Below are some of the key details. Additional guidelines may apply and will be provided upon registration.
Registration

All guests must register upon arrival at the main office and purchase required wristbands and parking passes. Wristbands must be worn at all times while on property.
Parking Fees

Short-term parking: $25 per vehicle (up to 10 days, max 2 vehicles)
Extended stay (60+ days): $50 per vehicle (6-month period, max 2 vehicles)
24-hour visitor pass: Free (must not exceed 24 hours)

Wristband Fees

Short-term guests (ages 6+): $20 per person (up to 10 days)
Extended stay (60+ days): $40 per person per stay

Parking Rules

Parking passes must be displayed at all times with unit number and expiration date
Standard parking spaces are limited to vehicles under 20 feet in length
Larger or specialty vehicles (trailers, motorhomes, commercial vehicles, etc.) must park in designated areas
Specialty vehicle parking: $40 per 10-day period (guest rate)
Unauthorized parking may result in towing

Initial Supplies

UMB Vacations provides a starter set of essential items to help you settle in comfortably before your trip to the grocery store. These initial supplies include dishwasher detergent, a small packet of laundry detergent, and basic bathroom amenities (similar to hotel-size and not restocked), such as shampoo, conditioner, and a bar of soap. Each bathroom is stocked with one roll of toilet paper, and the kitchen includes one roll of paper towels. All bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay. We recommend that guests bring their own beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Enso Boarding Pass:

After booking, you will receive a link to your Enso Boarding Pass. This digital guest portal will include everything you need for your stay, including check-in and check-out details, property information, guidebooks, and local recommendations. You'll also have access to bookable activities and any available add-ons, including pet fees or optional upsells, which you can review and agree to directly through the platform before your arrival.

Cancelation Policy:

Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund
Bookings canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund
