Whether you're here to soak up the sun, splash in the pool, or explore everything PCB has to offer, this spot is your perfect home base.
Resort Perks: Get ready for fun—Horizon South is packed with awesome amenities! After registering, you'll have access to:
- 4 swimming pools (one heated in the winter)
- A bubbly hot tub + kiddie pool for the little splashers
- Mini golf (putters in the unit's storage closet)
- Shuffleboard, tennis, and basketball courts
- Gated access for added peace of mind
And the best part? The beach is just across the street. Private deeded access means you'll be on the sugary white sand in minutes.
Inside the Space: Skip the stairs and elevators —this ground-floor beauty makes coming and going a breeze! The vibe inside? Cozy coastal with a fresh, modern twist. The primary bedroom features a comfy King bed and private access to the unit's full bathroom. Down the hall, you'll find adorable custom twin bunks perfect for the kiddo's or the young-at-heart, just steps from hallway access to half bath.
Whip up vacation meals in the fully stocked kitchen featuring quartz countertops, a stylish subway tile backsplash, and all the gadgets you need (including a Keurig for that essential morning brew). After a day in the sun, chill out in the living room with a big smart TV and a brand-new Queen sleeper sofa.
Here at 73E you'll be right in the heart of the resort—just a short stroll from the pools and the closest gate to the beach access. That means you're only minutes from dipping your toes into the stunning emerald waters of the Gulf!
Good to Know:
- Guest access: Once registered, the complex offers parking for up to 2 vehicles ($25 each per 10 days) and many other amenities after the purchase of complex wristbands ($20 each per 7 days over age 5).
- Parking passes and wristband purchases are made in the welcome center upon arrival or during first available business hours (8a-4p, 7 days per week). This is SEPARATE FEE. It is not included in your total booking price. - There's no assigned parking, but you'll find plenty of spots just steps from your private entrance.
- ***No GOLF CARTS nor SLINGSHOTS/Off Roading Vehicles are authorized by renters at Horizon South***
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.
-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.
- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
- We're excited to host you! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide containing everything you need for a seamless stay. This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home. Additionally, the guide features area attractions, local recommendations, and amenities to help you make the most of your stay.
