Willkommen in unserer neu dekorierten Wohnung (März 2016) im Tidewater Beach Resort! Wir können nicht warten, bis Sie bauen Familie Erinnerungen zu kommen und mit ihr die Liebe des Salzluft und Surfen nach Hause nehmen. Diese große 16. Etage Wohnung ist mit hellen, fröhlichen Farben dekoriert, direkt am Golf von Mexiko. Es verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder, und verfügt über einen separaten Schlafraum. Der Meister hat Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Bad (Wanne und Dusche), 2. Schlafzimmer hat neue Pillow-Top-Doppelbett und eigenem Bad (Stand-up-Dusche). Der Schlafraum verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten und ein eigenes Bad (Stand-up-Dusche). Es gibt auch eine neue Königin Memory-Foam-Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich. Diese Einheit wird schlafen 8. Viel Spaß beim Betrachten der neuen 55 "Smart-TV mit Xfinity Kabel-Service. Es gibt einen neuen Blu-ray-Player, ein neues bequemes Sofa, neue Stuhl und Ottomane, neue Couchtische, neue Lampen und neue TV-Anrichte. Der Esstisch bietet Platz 6 mit zusätzlichen Sitzplätzen in der Küche bar (insgesamt Platz für 8 Personen). Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Einheit. The property was very nice and loved our condo. The elevators were horrible and you have to wait for a long time. They are very strict about not allowing tents and umbrellas on their property. You can put them in front of the property line or on the left side of the beach chairs. If you are in the wrong place they will make you move!

Nice condo with a separate bathroom for each of the bedrooms and for the hallway bunk bed areas. Across the street from McDonald’s, a Thai food restaurant and Marcos pizza. The condo pools are on the sides of the resort, along with a tiki bar. (15.00 for a frozen alcoholic drink at the little snack store) The elevators can be slow and take a little patience, if you have a long wait you are supposed to call for assistance. We only had one small issue which was immediately addressed when I texted management. Condo comes with beach chairs. Also, comes with the little soaps, shampoo, and conditioners which came in handy because I forgot my shampoo. Very clean and well stocked with basics in the kitchen. We had a great vacation!

Loved Our Stay

We had a great time and the unit was perfect for us. Of course the pullout couch isn’t the most comfortable but I don’t think any are and yes the elevator situation is a bit of a pain (however we met a lot of great people squeezing in or waiting for one) but for the unit, the view, and the memories we make at the Tidewater, it is 100% worth it! My daughters and their friends still want to stay here twice a year and this would be a great unit to rent again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience. Our oven wasn't working and they came and fixed it very quickly. The accomodations were very nice, and we had a wonderful time. Our only complaint was the elevators were a little slow at peak times.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was in a prime location. The beach views were beautiful and the unit was perfect for my family of 5. We could walk down to the Pier at night to go to dinner or take easy strolls along the beach. There was so much going on in this building - tons of people and families always kept the vibe up.

Elevators are horrible!!!

Read the reviews....the elevators are ALWAYS down. I spoke to several people that had stayed previous years and I myself also stayed before....elevators are always down. If you can trek the stairs...stay there, if not, book elsewhere!

We certainly hate to hear that the elevators had issues during your stay. We, the condo manager and the owner unfortunately do not have any control over the elevators. Happy to report that all of the elevator issues have been resolved. The elevators are not always down. That is not true. But hate that you experienced the issues and wish you best of luck in future travels.

First of all this is no reflection of the rental property company. They were amazing and were very helpful and prompt to return calls and messages!! Price was very fare!The problem is with the facility itself “Tidewater” I have stayed in various condos in PCB over the years . The elevator situation is typically not the best in July and the rest of the prime season at most resorts. Tidewater takes it to a whole new terrible/bad. The is no reason to have to wait 30 plus minutes on an elevator and if this is the norm then you fix it! Even if that means spending extra money to build new elevators some where. Or make some elevators service the upper levels and some service the lower levels. The answer is not to have an attendance picking someone up on the 24th floor and taking them to the ground floor without stopping. You also need to make sure they are in good working order at all times. I have stayed with this resort before and it was the same then.

Probably would not use again

It was not clear to me who to contact when there was a problem. The owner of the property was not communicative and reply to my issue. The condo was extremely hot and the fridge did not cool so I lost all the food that I had purchased. However, the staff was extremely polite and courteous.

Extremely confused by this review for multiple reasons. As far as who to contact, our paperwork has Four Star Contact information in multiple areas. We also called you about the need to move the balcony furniture for the possible hurricane and you called us back so you did have our information and you used it. You never reported any issues to us at all when you called back nor did you contact us about any issues. Our office is open 7 days a week and we have an afterhours answering service. Not Again

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would not stay at this location again. It was not clean,it was only spot cleaned. The pots and pans were horrible and there were no storage containers that had lids. At least one elevator was broken each day. The garbage disposal did not work and when we called we were told to reset it, it still did not work. The parking garage set up was a nightmare. I have stayed numerous places, and have never left a bad review. The location was great.

I'm so sorry you felt like you had a bad experience but I'm sure it was mostly because this is a slow time of the year there is usually a lot of maintenance going on. All our units are cleaned by independent local cleaners and I can defiantly have a word with them about their cleaning. This would only be a strike one for this cleaner. Regarding the pots and pans you are right and I apologize that they didn't get replaced before your arrival. This is the time of year that we replace many of the kitchen items and if you had notified us of this we could have ran the replacement out to you. We just hadn't gotten them out to all the condos yet. We don't have anyone in our office that for a disposal issue would tell a guest to press the reset button. There is a reason that it jammed and a reset button wouldn't fix it. Maybe you called the resort office and they don't manage this condo. Yes, the building maintenance people do a great job maintaining these elevators. They do one at a time as to not hold up guest too much. Some people fail you notice that Tidewater has 7 elevator with access to all floors, a lot more that most resorts on this beach. We have never received a complaint about Tidewater parking. A gated 5 floor parking deck with 2 elevators, 4 stairwells, directional arrows, and 1st come 1st serve parking spots. In addition in times of heavy flow the security will sit out near the entrance directing cars and answering questions.
