Welcome to this beautifully decorated Caribbean beach–style condo located in the desirable gated Bahama Bay Resort! This beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath residence has been fully renovated and is ideally situated near the main clubhouse with spa, one of the four swimming pools, the kids’ splash pad, and the tennis/pickleball courts.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel transported to the Caribbean, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping throughout the resort. Located on the ground floor. The guest bedrooms with queen beds and full bathroom are located at the front of the unit, while the spacious primary bedroom featuring a king bed and a private bathroom is tucked away at the back.
Enjoy indoor-outdoor living with screened in lanais which are accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom. The perfect spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or relaxing after a fun day at the parks.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts brand-new stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops, along with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Additional amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, a 65-inch Roku TV in the living area, smaller TVs in each bedroom, air conditioning, linens and towels, and complimentary parking & Wi-Fi.
