Whether it's a few days away or an extended stay, you will love our wonderful condo in the highly sought after resort of Windsor Hills. Our 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo sleeps 7 + and offers beautiful views of the Pool, Water park, and other great facilities that Windsor Hills provides (Included with your stay, at no additional cost).

Our Condo sleeps 7 adults comfortably, 8 if there are children. The bedroom consists of 2 King size bedrooms and 1 kids bedroom that has a twin over full bunk bed, and pull out twin trundle. The kids room alone can sleep 3-4 children comfortably.

Two bedrooms overlook the pool, and all three have their own TV.

Please note that the home also has high speed wireless internet access as well, which is offered complimentary to our guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, pod coffee machine, toaster, air fryer and blender.


A patio door from the living area leads onto a screened in private patio with a ceiling fan, two cozy chairs and a view of the pool.

Apartment was lovely and very comfortable. It has everything you need. Contact with the host sparse but we didn’t need anything whilst we were there. Windsor hills is a lovely resort and we would definitely recommend. Easy to access all of the theme parks.

This condo far exceeded our expectations. Everything needed for a great stay was included. The pool was perfect for enjoying during the day and evening. The prices at the cafe were exceptionally reasonable; a far cry from everywhere else in Orlando.

We really enjoyed our stay except the coffee maker didn’t work or the Keurig. My husband put vinegar through it and it worked. Place was very clean and the pool area etc was so beautiful and our kids had a blast. We would definitely come back and a perfect location close to Disney and 30 min drive to universal

I almost don’t want to review this place because I would love to keep it as our little secret. The entire condo was immaculate and so very clean and organized. In fact, I feel that the pictures don’t even do it justice because it’s bigger than it looks in the photos. It was fully stocked with plenty of linens and pillows and blankets, and lots of things for even babies which we didn’t need. And you could not be that location. The pool was right across from the building and we really did not feel like the music coming from the pool was loud or disruptive at all. The entire resort felt very quiet and safe. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The property itself is very nice and is set up well for a family. We were a family of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids). I would recommend staying here and probably would stay again. Unfortunately we had a negative experience with a midnight check-in and the key code wouldn't work. I won't go into all the details as I don't think this is a likely repeat issue for another guest. I hope they host will add an additional contact or set up a backup measure for future guests if they cannot be reached in a situation like this. Again, it's a great place in a great location near the parks, food, shopping, etc.

We loved this condo, it was plenty big for our family of five. The kids loved the bunk beds and we loved how close it was to the pool, Walmart, and Disney. The owner was very nice and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again. The only downside was the garbage. One night something got into the trash and tore through the bag and so it was not picked up the next morning. Definitely latching the lock next time.

Check in was a breeze as always. Simple directions to actual building location. Pool is amazing, hot tub just as amazing. Astaff is very inviting and cordial with all guests. Even owners of condos on site are welcoming. Ive been visiting orlando yearly for the past 5 or 6 years and ive never stayed at any other reaort. Windsor hills has amazing apts, clean, spaciois, and themes are great. I wont stay anywhere else when i bring my family to orlando. Just need to accept pets and id come more

Great Family-Friendly Stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The location was perfect and just a short drive to the Disney parks, which made it super convenient for our family. The condo itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of space, and thoughtful touches that made traveling with kids easy.The highlight for our little ones was definitely the pool and splash pad! Recent stay

The condo is very clean and all instructions were clear. Host was responsive to our questions. Check in was easy, just had to go through security first and no problems at all once we had the QR code to scan from our vehicle. The condo is more spacious than it appears in pictures. Please note this condo faces the pool area, which was exceptionally busy while we were there (Easter week). Music starts playing at 8am and you could often hear it in the condo unit.

Perfect stay

Communicating with the host was so easy. Any questions I had were answered promptly.. check-in was so easy and the condo was absolutely amazing. It was so clean and well stocked. We are already looking into booking it again next year! Highly, highly recommend.

Pre cruise stay

Overall property is in a great location at Windsor Hills. However the communication with the property owner was not good. Messaged owner about concerns and didn’t hear back until a day later. Only had one spare garbage bag. Toiletries were very limited which resulted in us buying our own. Description stated everything would be provided Decent experience but I prob won’t book again with this owner. .

Wonderful stay - will be back!

The condo was spacious and in a great location next to the pool. It was very clean and stocked with many extras! A stroller, beach towels, extra nice blankets, and more! Windsor Hills is such a great community. Lots to do for kids and we felt very safe. We will be back!

We had a great time in Orlando and really appreciated this reasonably priced accommodation. Plenty of room, great layout and well stocked…the only thing “missing” might be a fan. If you don’t bring a sound machine with you tue pool gets a bit noisy if you’re needing to sleep between 8:00am-10:00pm

Comfy and close to Disney

Our family had plenty of room to spread out among the three bedrooms. The pool area was great, wish we had more time to enjoy it. The vicinity to the parks was great and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We had everything we needed and lots of things we didn’t but that would have been helpful to families with young kids (strollers, high chairs, etc).

Our family of 5 ( children ages 5, 8 and 12) cherish every moment we get to visit our home away from home. Whether we are park hopping around Disney or lounging by the pool, we love making new memories! Our condo is perfect for a family with children of any age! The 3 rd bedroom has a bunk bed with pull out trundle, a TV and an enclosed ceiling fan. The Master Bedroom closet has a pack and pay, stroller and high chair for guest use. Pool towels are provided as well.

Walmart is within walking distance, and we stock up on our favorite foods so we can eat at home, and never leave the condo if we choose. Friday - Sunday they often have poolside entertainment (depending on the season), and in the evenings we enjoy watching movies in the Theater or playing pool in the game room. There is no shortage of things to do here!
