. **BRAND NEW COASTAL RENO** This 970 sq ft family-friendly condo offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or pools. The living room features a 75” Smart TV for family movie nights, and the primary bedroom includes a 55” Smart TV. A washer and dryer are available in the unit, making it easy for families to keep up with laundry during longer stays. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination—ideal for bathing little ones. The second bedroom is designed with kids in mind and includes built-in bunk beds with full-size mattresses, along with its own en-suite bathroom. Please note that this bedroom is smaller in size and also contains the stackable washer and dryer, located behind the closet door. The second bathroom has a walk-in tiled shower.

Starter toiletries are provided for your arrival only (approximately one day’s supply), including one roll of toilet paper and two trash bags per stay. For added convenience, Walmart is located right next door, and Publix offers grocery delivery directly to The Palms through their app. You can easily stock up on groceries, coffee, diapers, wipes, and any other essentials your family may need for a comfortable stay. The Palms of Destin boasts premier amenities includes 6 wristbands, 2 parking passes and access to all our amenities.

NO LATE CHECK OUTS-ADDITIONAL FEES WILL BE INCURRED OF UP TO $150. WE DO TEND TO STAY BOOKED ALL TIME. OUR HOUSEKEEPERS NEED TO GET IN AND GET IT CLEANED AND READY FOR THE NEXT GUESTS SO THAT NEXT GUESTS CAN CHECK IN AT 4PM.
WIPE OFF ALL SAND FROM WAGON, CHAIRS AND UMBRELLA
STRIP ALL BEDS AND PLACE ALL TOWELS AND LINENS IN A PILE ON CHECK OUT DAY.
