Note, that the House Rules and the St. Johns County regulations prohibit events of ANY kind in your rental. Should any authorized event be hosted on site, your rental will be immediately terminated and you will be asked to vacate the property, you will also be liable for additional cleaning fees, as well as any damage incurred during the unauthorized event. Neither weapons nor fireworks may be discharged in the property. Should this occur, the rental will be immediately terminated and law enforcement will be sent to remove you from the property. The home has security cameras that are disclosed on the listing. Any tampering with these security cameras will invalidate the rental.

Guest of the property have an affirmative obligation to comply with the provisions of this Section 2.02.04.B.19, St. Johns County Noise Ordinance (Ord. 2015-19), and all other applicable federal, state, and local laws and ordinances.

Guests hereby acknowledge and understand the right of St. Johns County officials to reasonably inspect the premises to assurance compliance with said obligations.

All trash should be BAGGED in garbage bags, sealed and disposed of in the outdoor trash bins. Any boxes need to be broken down and placed in the blue recycle bin. Regular trash service is collected on MONDAY morning no later than 10 a.m. and recycling is collected on WEDNESDAY morning no later than 10 a.m. Guest is required to place trash out during their stay.
