The balcony offers views of the inlet and Assateague Island during that day and the lights of the boardwalk during the night. A refreshing pool is a fantastic treat on those days where it may be just too hot to go to the beach! There is a washer and dryer in the unit and of course free Wi-Fi.

Located on the water on Worcester Street in downtown Ocean City, you'll have an easy walk all the fun that downtown offers yet buffered from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Leave your car parked and walk to the beach, boardwalk, inlet amusements, fishing at the two piers, concerts at Sunset Park and of course some of the best restaurants and bars in town. Coming to town for one of the concerts at the inlet? The short walk that will allow you to easily come back and forth from the unit to the concert. For activities farther away, the inlet bus station is a short walk away!

* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* Linens & towels are included year-round.
* This unit is on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator in the building.
* One parking space is provided.
* Easy access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on Worcester Street.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* There is no pier available for docking boats, jet skis, etc.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. The property owner chooses TV viewing options.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
