Oceana II 8203 Atlantic Ave Ocean City Md 21842 Diese Wohnung hat alles, Blick auf den 7. Stock den Strand rauf und runter. High Speed WIFI - Voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, Esstisch für 4 und 3 Hocker an der Küchenbar aus Granit. Die Master-Suite verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit zwei Waschbecken, einer großen Stand-up-Dusche und einem Kingsize-Bett. Sie befindet sich direkt am Meer und hat Zugang zum Balkon über eine 6-Fuß-Terrassentür. Das Gästezimmer befindet sich auf der Rückseite der Wohnung und verfügt über 2 Queensize-Betten mit großen Schubladen am Fußende des Bettes sowie eine große Kommode und einen Schrank. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über einen 42-Zoll-LED-Fernseher mit Kabelanschluss. Das Gästebad verfügt über eine Badewanne und eine Dusche für Kinder, Glastüren und zwei Waschbecken. Beide Bäder sind vom Boden bis zur Decke gefliest. Wohnzimmer befindet sich direkt am Meer zusammen mit Zugang zum Balkon von der 2 Terrassentür. Wohnzimmer verfügt über volle Königin Schlafsofa Liebessitz 50-Zoll-Plasma-TV mit Kabel. In diesem Gerät befindet sich eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner in voller Größe. Ocean II befindet sich in der Innenstadt von OC und bietet einfachen Zugang zum nördlichen und südlichen Ende von OC. Oc hat so viel zu bieten, von einem der wahrscheinlich größten und schönsten Strände an der Ostküste bis hin zu Restaurants, Golfplätzen, Vergnügungsparks, der legendären Strandpromenade und natürlich der Jamaica USA Secrets Bar, dem Restaurant und dem Nite Club.

Fantastic view, great location and wonderful condo. My family (ages 62, 58, 31, 31 & 21 months) stayed for a long weekend. This condo was perfect for my very active grandson as the tables were not glass and there were no knick-knacks sitting around. VERY child friendly!The location is across the street from Ropewalk which was perfect for a short stroll for lunch. Also, a very short walk to the Beach Bus Stop so there is no need to move the car and fight traffic.The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and the water pressure in the Main Bathroom was strong, unlike many of the upper floor condos I have rented lately. Responses from the owner were prompt and informative.We look forward to staying here again!

Bathrooms needed additional towel bars. No blinds in mater bedroom. Morning sun prohibited being able to sleep in. Kitchen cabinets required wiping out. Basics such as dishwasher soap would have been appreciated. Lightbulb burned out in second bedroom. Mater bedroom bed cover had stains.

Great view of ocean. Weather was bad first 2 days, but it was good the rest of the week. Only thing it would be nice to have hooks or towel racks on the bathrooms. The shower head in master bath you could not adjust the spray volume, very hard not good if you have sunburn. It was a great time.

Nice condo!

Condo was in a great location to the beach, stores and restaurants. Condo was clean and owners were very responsive when we reached out to them. Pool was nice and never crowded. It was also nice to have reserved parking spaces included with the condo. We will definitely book again when we return to Ocean City.

Just what we needed

I can't tell you how perfect this unit was for what we needed -- peaceful relaxation. I always call it "my ocean," and it was right outside. We slept with the bedroom window open -- nice breeze and the sound of the surf. No curtain on the window, so we took eye blindfolds and put them on at first light -- did the trick! The building is definitely aging, but the unit has been upgraded. Nice appliances, very comfy bed, good showers. I can't comment on pots and pans for cooking since we didn't eat in, but plates, cups, glasses, silverware, and utensils are plentiful. Be sure to read the description of the unit and recent reviews so you know what is provided and what is not -- you'll need to bring linens, towels, and paper products. The building is many blocks from the boardwalk, which was what we wanted. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Just got back from an amazing weekend in Ocean City! The condo I rented was perfect—modern, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Each room was beautifully decorated and super inviting. With 3 TVs, there were no arguments over what to watch (a big win with my grandson!), and the view of the ocean? Absolutely breathtaking. If you’re looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay in OC, I can’t recommend this spot enough!

Fantastic Beachfront Property – Perfect for a Girls’ Getaway!

This was our fourth year renting this property, The location is perfect—right on the beach, with a wonderful ocean view and relaxing sound of the ocean from the balcony. The condo is always very clean and well-maintained,The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, which made our stay even more convenient. We also love the comfortable recliners and the ability to stream movies,We did have one minor issue with the water, but the property owner was extremely responsive and helped us resolve it quickly—great communication all around.Overall, this is the perfect spot for a beach getaway, and we’ll definitely be back again next year! Highly recommend!

Relaxing getaway

This was just the right size for the three of us and the views were incredible. We had no trouble getting access to the property. Being able to hear the ocean was super relaxing. Although we loved the view in the master bedroom, the sun shined pretty brightly one morning. We could’ve used some curtains. My favorite spot was the recliner in the main area facing that beautiful view. The place is definitely fully updated. The guest room was a good size. If you’re not into reading the fine print, please remember to bring toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap. Also your bed linens and towels unless you opt to rent. Don’t forget to have one for your feet when you step out of the shower. You are near plenty of places to pick up a few items, groceries and get to a variety of restaurants. As of this writing, the TVs aren’t smart, so we used our HDMI to connect to the television to stream movies. Overall it met our requirements and we enjoyed our stay.

Great view, but disappointed

This place has a great location with a great view. BUT when we got there we could not get in. The codes we were given did not work. We called the host and got a call back in about 15 minutes, who set a code for us to enter. We then noticed the place did not appear to have been cleaned, and the next day there was a knock on the door with a guy saying they were scheduled to clean this place that day. It was not the cleaners mistake, or our mistake. The difficult entry experience, and the no cleaning experience left us a bit unsettled. But we did enjoy the ocean front views.
