Just as advertised! Check-in was easy and on time. Communication was excellent! The only item I would comment on is the condo is in need of updating however everything worked great location was perfect just as advertised.

We felt We were misled as far as the view went. Yes there was a view of the ocean if you were in jail. You had to look at the view through bars that enclosed an empty pool that was completely empty. No water and from the looks of the rusty lock n may not have been Operating for sometime now. Bringing all your linens alone with all towels and paper supplies was not given to us until 2 days before we were to arrive causing us to change vehicles . The interior was the same as stated and was very clean.

Everything was great comfortable and relaxing. Did have some issues withe signal for TV in Master Bedroom and one suggestion would to have duplicate sets of keys on the ring incase your party isn't together they can still get in the gate.

Great location, convenient, only steps from the beach. Great oversized balcony. The only downside was that I was expecting it to be oceanfront but it wasn’t, the building is oceanfront, but the condo is ocean view, which was disappointing. Nice place though overall.

Great location & property for an OC trip! Very accommodating & clean. The location is perfect as it is secure, a short walk to the beach, and plenty of nearby restaurants, stores, and things to do. Parking was very convenient as well (especially for unloading & taking items to & from the room). A great place for families as well. Thank you Ed!

Overall had a wonderful stay and experience at this property. Right on the beach/ocean and the pool is literally outside the door. Close to the boardwalk but not right on it which was perfect for us. Great space and layout. Also had a great experience with the host, very responsive and helpful. My only two suggestions are that it could have been cleaned better before we arrived and the wifi is terrible. Had to disconnect and use our own data. Those issues were minor to me and I would very much recommend this property!

Great condo!

This condo was the perfect place for our family of five, plus my inlaws, to stay in Ocean City for the week! It had plenty of space inside the condo, the pool was right outside of our balcony, and the beach was steps away. If you’re looking for a place with everything you could need, this condo is for you!

Convenient beachfront condo

Beautiful condo, with 2 full baths right on the beach. Close to the rides but far enough away from the noise and excess people. Small outdoor pool, but we were often the only people in it. We like a post beach dip in a pool before supper. Owner super helpful about everything. Gave us a "tour" of everything at the condo over the phone. Staff at condo friendly and helpful.

Take the grandkids to the beach

We had a great time! Condo was lovely, spacious, and spotless! Being just steps from the beach was great with little kiddos and all of their extras. Kids loved the pool, too! The area is quiet, but close to activities and shops. Everyone left happy and rested. I highly recommend!!

Quiet and Convenient

We stayed here off season - to attend Oceans Calling. It was really quiet, given the 50K people in town for the festival. The condo is spacious; parking is great. And it's convenient to the beach, boardwalk (which starts a few blocks away), restaurants, and shops.

Wouldn't rent again

First off I need to recognize Ed the owner. He was very nice and easy to work with. The property itself is very dated. Cabinets in the kitchen were hanging crooked. The floor was ceramic tile, which is great for the beach. The night we arrived is was in bare feet. After walking around the Condo my feet were almost black on the bottoms. The floors was not clean. The hanging curtains were mostly broken. The view, well let's just say it is not appealing. You look right out over the dumpsters. I feel the property was overpriced for what you get.

Disappointing

I booked this listing for an annual girls weekend. My friends and I were excited until we got to the property. When we checked in we found out the pool was closed which was one of the reasons we had paid what we paid for the property. The owner tried to offer an alternative pool but it was too far away. There is a ocean view but through the pool fence. The unit balcony faces the alley. We found mildew/mold in both bathrooms. We were unable to connect to the secured Wi-Fi after multiple attempts. And it was inconvenient to bring all linens, towels/washcloths, toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex and soap. There were a few communication challenges with the owner at times but he seemed very nice when we did connect. Although, we were disappointed in the property for what we paid we really liked the location. We were allowed to check-in early which was appreciated the flexibility. It is steps from the ocean, the beach is beautiful. The unit is very spacious and the parking is connected and easy to access from the unit and the street. There are also some nice perks like a few boogie boards and umbrella in the closet (we did not use). Overall, the location was great and size was perfect. Yet, the cleanliness was a concern and no pool and no direct ocean view was disappointing. We will not rebook for next year and will find something better for the price we paid.

We continue to vacation in OC every year. We have tried other east-coast locations but nothing compares to the enjoyment and conveniences of Ocean City, MD.

Just 7 blocks from the north end of the famous Boardwalk, this mid-town location enjoys a less crowded beach yet is within easy access of the area's best attractions. We are in good company too - the Hilton is just 3 blocks away and the Castle-in-The-Sand is a well-known favorite for locals who have discovered a fun, family vacation destination.

A swimmer's delight - you have easy access to the beach or pool, and outdoor showers. Walk 7 blocks to the Boardwalk Tram Stop and take the Tram all of the way down to the Inlet where you'll find rides, arcades, fishing pier, museums and plenty to eat. You may also park on the upper garage deck, and access the unit without steps or an elevator.
