The property is equipped with a smart home music system throughout, which is great for setting the mood but should be kept at a respectful volume, especially on the rooftop decks. The music system must be turned off by 10 PM out of courtesy to the neighbors. Please also be mindful of the auto-closing side gates and avoid slamming them to minimize noise in the surrounding area.

Parties are strictly prohibited. Any gathering reported by the neighborhood watch will result in a $2,000 charge. All guests must be registered before arrival. Remote garage door openers are provided for your two garage spaces and two carports, but please return them at checkout as a $250 replacement charge applies for any unreturned remotes.
