Spend time on the lake at this rare desert oasis. This incredibly spacious two-story home is situated on the water at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. You'll find an abundance of outdoor amenities to maximize your time enjoying the sunshine. Perfect your putting skills on the private lakeside green or take the kayak out on the tranquil waters. Inside the expansive, fenced yard, you'll find the pool where you can spend your days floating to cool off. If you're craving some shade, lounge under the covered patio while more active guests make use of the cornhole court or basketball hoop on the front driveway.

If you're looking for some fun inside with the central air-conditioning, shoot some pool on the full-size billiards table. The open living space boasts a soaring ceiling and plenty of comfy seating so the whole group can stream a movie together on the smart TV.

Spacious, clean and convincing

There was ample parking, the lake view and access was amazing. We rented this place during tough times and it was able to accommodate family and friends while we were grieving the loss of family member. The neighborhood was quite and safe. Thank you for letting us stay in this amazing house.

Great place for large groups or families

Overall a positive stay and experience. WiFi went out on the last night of our stay but not the end of the world and we ran out of hot water rather quickly each day. Would still recommend and stay again

A Wonderful Stay!

This property was absolutely beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. It was peaceful and quiet, located at the end of a cul-de-sac, which made for a relaxing getaway. The neighbors were friendly, and the location was ideal—close to many of Arizona's top attractions and activities. Communication with the host was seamless—quick, easy, and always friendly. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area! We will plan to come stay again!

My friends and I came to town for a concert at State Farm. We are an older group so this place was just right for us. It was so clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay! Thank you! Hopefully we can come to town and stay again!

Beautiful Lakefront Home!

The home is beautiful and spacious. The location is spectacular as the house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and backs up to a community park. The yard is private and so relaxing. Truly wish we had stayed longer to enjoy all of the wonderful amenities.

Morgan Wallen Concert

We stayed at this Avondale house for a concert at the State Farm Stadium. If you're driving and going to this venue was very close and quick and easy to get to. The house itself was clean, pretty, and had a relaxed welcoming vibe. The beds were super comfy, towels were fully stocked and the pool was clean and refreshing, great for cooling off and hanging out. Being on the lake was a fun touch. The neighborhood was peaceful and made for a great spot to unwind. Overall 8 of us thoroughly enjoyed our get away and would recommend this home and plan to go back ourselves.

Family Gathering

We had a great time staying the weekend, everything was easy to find and met all of our needs. The area was quiet and had access to surrounding amenities. For future information: the cable box in the upstairs bedroom was temperamental and only worked the first day of our stay, also we weren't able to utilize the fan/light in the great room because we couldn't find the correct switch. Thanks for a great stay.

Awesome find for family getaway

Location and amenities worked great for our visit to see family in the Phoenix area. The kids always seemed to find something to entertain themselves with and keep busy. Everyone seemed to enjoy their time a lot. We never imagined a place like this, at this price, was an option in the Phoeniz area. Loved the lake access. Loved the pool. Loved the open floor plan. Loved the pool table. Thanks!

Nice Home

We had an event at the Phoenix Raceway, andonly 3 days to find a rental after our prior location canceled on us due to double booking. And what a gem we got, plenty of room for our family, very clean, and great location. It was easy to find, the neighborhood is quiet and it was pretty neat to be able to sit on the turf and enjoy looking at the ducks on the lake. We didn't use the kitchen, but it had all the necessities. Would highly recommend.

We were very impressed with the house and amenities. The house is in a good neighborhood. When we drove in or out, those neighbors encountered greeted us with a friendly wave. The house has all the necessary amenities plus some nice added ones such as paddleboard, kayak and fishing poles. Three of our family members fished and even caught a bass(catch and release). We enjoyed the side patio in the morning and evening. The pool was nice and enjoyed by all. Even the day that it rained we sat outside under the covered back lanai. Location is close to freeway, Desert Diamond, grocery store and restaurants. The two negative things were the ice maker doesn't make a lot of ice for 8 adults and the electrical outlets in all three bathrooms didn't work.We would highly recommend renting this house and would do so ourselves in the future.

Great house the had plenty of space for our big family. Well appointed kitchen so you make lots of food. Pool was awesome ( though cold in March) and the ducks and birds on the water were lovely.
