Unsere 1818 sq ft 4 Schlafzimmer -. 3 Badezimmer Haus ist eine geräumige offene Konzept Küche / Esszimmer / große Raumfläche komplett mit neuen Möbeln, Bettwäsche, Geschirr und neue Waschmaschine / Trockner.

Das Haupt-Schlafzimmer (komplett mit 32-Zoll-TV) ist riesig mit Kingsize-Bett und Bad, und die anderen 3 Schlafzimmer haben Doppelbetten. Zwei Schlafzimmer teilen sich ein Jack und Jill Badezimmer und und das vierte Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad.

Die Küche ist ein Koch der Traum mit einem Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Backofen und 5 Flammen Gasherd gebaut. Der Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach ist eine Seite an Seite mit Eis- und Wasserspender. Alle Geräte sind aus Edelstahl. Die Massivholz-Schränke werden von Granit-Arbeitsplatten verbessert, und es gibt eine trockene Barbereich, die perfekt für die Unterhaltung ist.

Im Wohnbereich finden Sie einige sehr bequeme Liegen, die perfekt für die Anzeige der 55-Zoll-Flachbild-TV, die unbegrenzte Sport- und Filmkanälen hat, sind zu genießen.

Im Freien finden Sie eine neu asphaltierten überdachte Terrasse mit einem neuen Grill zu finden. Sie können auch ein erfrischendes Bad nehmen Sie in Ihrem privaten Sportbecken oder genießen Sie ein kühles eine in der hottub, mit Blick auf den abgelegenen Grünflächen.

Great house, great location, great hosts

My family had an amazing time at this house. We loved the pool and hot tub. We were in it every day. The house has a great kitchen, lots of bed rooms and a sweet queen bunk room. They house location is near a lot of stores and restaurants, and has easy access to the freeway. The hosts are also great. They were always quick to respond and very helpful.

We had the best time with our two small kids at this amazing house!! The house is set up perfectly for littles and there’s a park just around the corner. And oh the Pool!!! Very Nice

My friends and I had a very enjoyable time at this home. There are plenty of places to sleep, the layout is nice, it was clean and well equipped. The kitchen is nice, well stocked, and has quality, modern appliances. The location is nice and convenient to west side spring training ballparks. Goodyear Ballpark is actually within walking distance if you really like to walk.

Absolutely loved staying here!

We had three couples in our group and the house was perfect for our needs. Everyone mentioned how comfortable it felt to stay there. The kitchen was well stocked, probably the best of any house we have rented. The property definitely met or exceeded our expectations. When I found this property on HomeAway, I fell in love with the pictures of the pool, spa, and patio! This was exactly what we were looking for... a private area where we could relax and enjoy ourselves. Having neighbors on only one side of the property plus a great view of the green area behind the property were huge factors in making it easy to relax. It was an absolute delight communicating with Brenda from the start of the process through the end. We could not be happier with our decision to stay here and would recommend it highly!

Sweet spot!

First of all, what made it special was how nice and accommodating the owners were. They really wanted us to enjoy their place and we did. The place was exactly as pictured. We were in town for baseball and it was so convenient for the fields in Peoria and Surprise. We loved the experience in every way. Having a nice home to come back to or take breaks between games, being able to cook, have frozen Gatorade for the boys etc was so easy. The owners put a lot of good thought into cooking utensils etc and we had everything we needed. We easily could have fit a couple more teenage boys. The lap pool was really pleasant. Couldn’t have been happier 😊

great stay at the property!

Part of our baseball team (6 guys and a wife) stayed at this property for 1 week. We loved the location as it is very close to the freeway (I-10), shopping, food and banks; more importantly, the house is in a quiet neighborhood. All of us loved the great room, the kitchen-dining area-living room are all in one large room making it easy to cook, eat and watch tv with everybody. The TV in the living room is probably 60 inches and provides a perfect picture. The beds are comfortable and reasonably sized. We found the house to be very comfortable especially with 7 people staying at the property. Brenda, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. She was quick to respond to my calls and was available for questions while we stayed at the property. This property is a great value. Our team was quite happy with our stay and would stay at this property again.

Bill and I are Albertans that love to get away from our winters and take in the warm weather in Goodyear. Unfortunately, work still gets in the way, and we are unable to be at our new home as much as we would like, but would love to offer it to you to enjoy. We take great pride in our home and hope you will care for it as much as we do.

We chose Goodyear as we love the size of the City and find it very easy to get around in. Bill drives a lot with his work and when we are on holidays it is so nice to get to all the sporting venues in such a short period of time. We just feel Goodyear has it all!

We had looked at properties for 3 years and the moment we walked into our house we knew it was the one! As we have three sons with their spouses, we were adament that we needed 4 bedrooms and it having three complete bathrooms, was a huge bonus. The backyard oasis was another huge selling feature. Because of the wrought iron fencing with a view you will not feel closed in, yet still feel very private.
