No Parties or Events: Parties, large gatherings, or events of any kind are not allowed. Violations will result in additional fees and/or immediate cancellation of the stay. ❌🎉

No Smoking Indoors: Smoking, vaping, or the use of e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Violations will incur a cleaning fee and may lead to additional penalties. 💨🚭

Cleanliness: Guests are expected to keep the property tidy. Any significant mess or improper use of furniture, fixtures, or appliances will result in additional cleaning or repair fees. Trash and recyclables must be disposed of in the designated bins outside. ♻

No Shoes Indoors: Please remove shoes upon entering the house to maintain cleanliness and respect the property. ✨

Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed on the property. Violation of this rule will result in additional cleaning fees and immediate cancellation of the reservation. 🐾❌

The camera monitors the entrance from the garage, the tree, and the full courtyard but has no angle towards windows. Tampering with security equipment will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. 🔌🛡

Immediate Termination: Severe violations, such as hosting unauthorized parties, causing property damage, or repeated noise complaints, may result in immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
