Entire Home 100 Steps to Cove Beach

Summary:

Sunset at Santa Cruz offers a modern Spanish style architectural influence with terra cotta roofing and an upstairs balcony. The entire interior is brand new! Cozy up in the living room after a day at the beach to watch a movie on our plush sectional couch. Cook dinner in our fully remodeled kitchen, or BBQ on our gas grill. Make your way up to the 2 upstairs bedrooms by way of our unique spiral staircase.



The Space:

The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials like pots, pans, and utensils. However, we DO NOT provide cooking oil, plastic wrap, and aluminum foil.



-There is a new washer/dryer located on the property; it is shared by 3 other units and is operated through the WASH app for payment.



Guest Access:

Self check in: Prior to arrival, all guests will be provided a unique combination code to the lock box located at your bungalow. We ask all guests to please make sure to put the key back in the lock box before departure.

We have two flat screen TVs equipped with a Roku for streaming from all services. Cable is not provided.
