The Space:

This charming beach house has plenty of room for everyone! Located just steps from your own private sandy beach on the Mississippi Sound and a short stroll to the Gulf, this home has a chef-ready kitchen, wraparound porch and large private deck.



The Great Room offers picturesque views of the Mississippi Sound and opens to beautiful wraparound porches that let you enjoy the sea breeze and the sun or shade. The Great Room is furnished with a comfortable couch that doubles as a sleeper sofa and loveseat.



The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home, including an oven/cooktop, cookware, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, waffle iron, knife block, mixer, and double sink.

The biggest issue was no internet for the entire stay. Apparently the bill had not been paid for 10 months and the owner was not willing to rectify the situation. There were 4 spoons and 4 forks for a house that accommodates 10 people. Light bulbs were out, stove knob missing, doors to outside wouldn't stay closed unless locked, unsecured glass in windows, things like that..

We loved this property! Management was very quick to respond to any questions or assistance that we needed. Everyone was very friendly and the house was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Good location and plenty of room.

Overall it was a good trip. The property needed some minor maintenance. New batteries in tv remote, cabinets had missing door knobs, etc.

Great time!

We had a great time. This house slept all 7 of us comfortably and the commons areas are spacious and comfortable. Dauphin Island is a fun, laid back, beach experience. The bayside waters were calm and warm and the west end beach is just a couple of minutes away. We’ll be back!

Good place to stay.

The only thing I would fix is to have staff to make coffee. Because if you are coming in late and have not went to the store yet. maybe some little big pan. It's was a very beautiful quiet and roomy. I will rent it again.

The house and room sizes were nice. We needed a little more seating in the living room, but we just brought in chairs from the dinning room. We enjoyed the views from both decks. Overall we had a nice vacation on the island.

Loved the location. The home was perfect for our group. We loved the peaceful setting.

We so enjoyed it. Windows need replacing. The upstairs master bath is very rotten around the inside trim. A lift on the outside for luggage, etc would be wonderful. We would come back.

Perfect beach vacation

We had 9 people in our group, 6 adults and 3 teens. The house fit us all very comfortably. The beach was right out the back door! I found more shells and beach glass on our section of beach than I did anywhere else we looked. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The only issues we had were that there were no spices or anything for cooking, not even salt and pepper, but that's not a big deal, just something to be aware of. We would definitely stay here again!

The island doesn't have any of the tourist traps offered up at Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, which is where we've previously vacationed. And no traffic, at least in the off-season.

Great access to a nice clean Beach, not too many stairs, ample seating and very comfortable. The house was exactly as shown on the website no surprises. We will definitely visit again as we enjoyed.
