UNIQUE SET-UP: steps away from not just one beach, but two beaches! Walk out back 100 feet down your private boardwalk which is connected to your own dock for fishing on the Northside bay.. Or, out front you can walk South and in 5 minutes you will keep walking across our neighborhood pathway to the Gulf Beach. That area is not accessible to the general public. It's ONLY available to folks staying in the neighborhood.

DOG FRIENDLY! We welcome up to 4 dogs! They enjoy our decks, our beaches, and the pet ammenities and comforts we provide.

ENJOY YOUR PRIVATE DOCK AND PIER ! BRING YOUR BOAT ALONG!
Have fun casting your fishing lines, or just hanging out! The dock even lights up at night, which is super fun.

Many guests bring their boat on a trailer, park it under our large carport under the house, and roll it down to the water. Depending on the size of your boat, you can moor it to the dock. Just ask Deborah, our host, for more info.

QUICK SUMMARY of INDOORS:
4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths plus outdoor enclosed shower. Spacious 2075 square foot open floor plan with 2nd floor loft/parlor overlooking living room. Huge windows with bay views everywhere in the soaring 18 foot high living room. Well-equipped kitchen has everything. Large laundry room with washer/dryer and sink. Free wifi internet & 3 large flat screen TVs.

OUTDOOR DECKS: Big, double deck out back on the North side faces the bay. Enjoy covered shade and open sunny areas, eating tables, super comfy chairs. Sliding doors in living room and master bedroom open up to this deck. Out front is your second covered deck with comfy chairs and a clear view of the Gulf beach.

GRILL: Our Charcoal grill is set up underneath a roofed area, and you can enjoy an awesome view of the bay while you cook.

BEST LOCATION ON THE STREET: Our house is the second to last house on the street (cull de sac). It's a very quiet location, and it's located at a section where the beach is much "wider". This ensures more space, and more privacy for you.

THIS IS THE MOST PET FRIENDLY PLACE YOU WILL FIND. We actually allow up to 4 dogs, any size. The Sundeck out back has a latched gate to contain the pups. As mentioned already, dogs are allowed on the bay beach and gulfside beach. We have a convenient outdoor doggy hose to wash them off AND we provide washable Dog Couch Covers and Dog Bed Covers when they relax indoors.

BIG CARPORT: Park your cars, trucks or boats under large, roofed carport with solid concrete pad. This pad has a superior design, perfect for water drainage to keep it dry.

MORE DETAIL ON 4 BEDROOMS and 3 BATHROOMS:

-One of the King bedrooms is considered your "master" suite located on first floor with its own Smart TV set and wide glass doors opening up to the deck which faces the bay. Again, great unobstructed views. Attached to the master is a large bathroom.

-Second bedroom on first floor has a queen size bed and a private deck balcony which overlooks the breezy gulf side. It is close to our second downstairs bathroom.

- Third bedroom is upstairs - King Size Bed

-Fourth bedroom upstairs has 2 Twin Beds .

Plus there is a convenient pull-out futon in the upstairs living area, in front of the upstairs TV.

THere is another full bath upstairs.

LIVING SPACE/FIRST FLOOR:
Large airy open two-story living room, dining table and fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. The dining and living room areas open onto the back deck, with sliding glass doors.

SECOND FLOOR has a large open living area with our third TV, as well as the 2 second floor bedrooms already described. Tall windows face both the Gulf side AND the Bay side from the second floor.

DAMAGE PROTECTION FEE of $59 REQUIRED. This will be included when you perform your instant booking.
